What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, special to work in a team
It is a very good work manager, I love that all notifications and mailbox messages arrive, and it also allows you to filter how you receive them. I recommend it totally.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bug, in the Mac application when you do a general search it does not look for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent tool for monitoring team tasks, the interaction within the application allows us to keep track of when and who is in charge of a particular task, personally has been of vital importance for the monitoring of customers and suppliers. Since by sharing the boards they can be aware of each of the processes of importance to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a very useful platform in the daily organization of work

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility: Whatever your projects are about, Monday can make them neat and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say. The more I use it, the more I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information, keeping track of team members contributions and being always updated on changes makes team collaboration efficient.

Best project management tool for a marketing agency

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Monday. It evolved from dapulse into a powerful and elegant tool to manage tasks with deadlines an respectively attributed users. This is basically an excel sheet uploaded online to help task other and follow up on projects. It easily integrates with Slack and calendars; allowing for proper tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a few more functionalities when it comes to exporting and integrating the API into another website. For example, we'd like to offer this for our clients when we follow up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now set alerts and tracking for deadlines to deliver timely projects and tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The evolution of their product is so fast. As an early adopter, I can say this tool has so much potential that is always worked on.

Good way to prioritize tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can customize your view. It's nice that it's color coded as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to use monday.com for our nonprofit rescue organization. We need to see which tasks all team members are working on and how far along they are with them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an interactive way to keep track of what phase of a task your team members are on. It's essentially a shared document that is uploaded in live time.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an extremely flexible product. I am able to accomplish all of the tasks I set out for and then some! Ease of use and the ability to add tons of links eliminating the need to type out each and every detail cuts down on redundancy. I can make it do what works for us. Entirely customize it to suit our work style and needs. The phone ap is excellent also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The BEST!! task management application in the market. My only problem is the pricing....too expensive when compared to other companies in the same space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great platform to keep track of projects, contacts, leads and all sorts of information.

Monday.com is the best

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to add new members to the team and get them set up. I love the transparency that it provides as well as the customizability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could make the same pulse show up on multiple boards. Asana is able to do this. So that if the pulse is updated on one board it would be updated on another board so that multiple people could view the progress without having to work on the same board. Like if people were doing 2 difference different projects that had an item that was necessary for both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues with follow through in our company. We have lots of good ideas and they get said and no one keeps people on track. Monday has helped us to keep track of due dates and see how we can all help each other out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it. Monday is more organized than asana and has more collaboration potential than wunderlist. The customizability in each column makes monday unstoppable.

Great for remote teamwork

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the layout is. It is easy to read and contribute to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app on my computer (Mac) freezes and I have to close it out and restart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team consisting of people in different cities and we use Monday to keep track of everyone's progress on our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The guys working behind this tool add features really often. It's good to see a team that really try to improve and make it always better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many features added and not enough help/tutorial to understand and use them correctly. There is so many things that have been improved for the past weeks/months, it is sometimes hard to tell if it's gonna help our project or is useless after all

Monday.com makes it easy to keep track of very large projects

What do you like best about the product?
First, the slick layout and responsive design. It seems like everything that I want to do can be done quickly, and more advanced things are easy to discover in the menus. Also, I have had incredible customer support interactions, where things move quickly and get me the help I need. If I need to add something new to my workflow, I've mostly been able to just find it within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes up a lot more memory in my browser than I would want. Also, there are still a few areas that I think need some more love, such as pop-out calendars, and a better Gantt interface. There are a few areas that I can't think of off the top of my head, but in general with the slick interface and speed of the tool, I've been able to do what I need without much extra effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a studio that does not value production management in any way. Everything is done via email or in-person conversations, which means that there's no order or structure to how anything is done. With Monday.com, I can keep track of everything that's happening and help mitigate priority nightmares, but without any overhead on my engineers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The onboarding is trivial and simple; the best recommendation I would have is just sign up and poke around for a few! Within just a few minutes, you'll have your own project up and be able to evaluate your priorities, team performance, and any other metrics you want to check.
