We Love This PM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, easy to use, many different applications/uses.
Unfortunately, technical support is getting worse and worse. The last 2 submissions I sent were ignored.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike,other than that technical support is getting worse since we first started with the platform.
Cost is also relatively high now that we've given our clients access.
So after we started spending more money, the technical support quality actually dropped.

The tool really works.
Aside from ease of use and effectiveness, their support team is available 24/7 and literally responds within minutes every time. I've never experienced a better platform support team.

Exceptional Task and Project Management Tool for Dummies
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use and is accessible across desktop and mobile. We are able to invite third-party users to different project boards to help manage and keep track of our projects and tasks. The Monday team are constantly updating the software, adding new features and asking for user feedback. We love it and have recommended Monday to a few different businesses who are also loving it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! The only thing I find slightly annoying is there is no "clear all notifications" option, each one needs to be cleared individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our marketing team manage internal projects and helping to keep our focus on the bigger picture items. At any time, users can see a projects status and access information on every task which is very handy if one of our team members is out of the office. We also use it to manage agency work in progress tasks. Our agency can log in and update tasks they are working on so we are kept up to date in real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the free trial first and play around with all the features to ensure it will meet your business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to color code and tag/assign tasks to different people/teams. It makes it easy to know who's working on what and know in real time when they complete it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Excel could be better. The files pull in a little "janky."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to keep track of schedules and know when things are getting done. Knowing where we are at based on the scheduled due dates is amazing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend the trial first. I believe it really helped sell my company on investing in this product. It proved that it was beneficial and made schedule tracking and project management easier.
Far easier than other project management apps and actually fun to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The whole visual aspect of Monday.com appeals to me as an art director. It allows me a lot of control over the way "cells" are set up, so that I have been able to totally customize it to our organization and how we work. Every column has been customized, and I've also customized the names and color-coding of various status indicators. My team knows exactly where dozens of projects are in the pipeline, and my boss can log on at any time to see what's what. Previously, I was updating an Excel spreadsheet constantly, trying to do the same thing. Monday takes that agony and tosses it aside, making for a pleasant experience that you cannot get from Excel...at ALL.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but to really see all that is going on in the Monday.com interface, you need a big screen. Which is fine as I have a big screen at the office, but on a laptop, I need to scroll around a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to show in real time what is going on with MANY creative projects at once. For better for what we do than Asana or other apps we've tried.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it, it's free to try. If you just want to track projects to any degree, this is the choice.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's pretty incredible that Monday has only been a part of our company for a little over a year and a half. I can honestly say that it has improved my workflow and helped me continue grow my business, and to invest in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am thrilled with the features, and love that Monday continues to develop and shape solutions for the masses. Its pretty great to have a system I can't complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ERP system is a bit heavy for some of the work that we want to keep track of... It's great to have a light-weight project management system in place to catch all of the small details that make us shine for our customers. We allow it to do a lot of the heavy lifting as well and keep track of jobs, schedule, budget, - Monday does it all!

What do you like best about the product?
This has been a great way for our company to stay on track of tasks for all our clients. It's easy to use and we just add the lists and mark them off.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I dislike some of the features and then I find out they have a way for me to do it, I just didn't know it was there. I would like a feature that would update from board to board. Example: click done on my board and it will update another board at the same time.

Keeping all the information for our clients in one place.
An incredible complete tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way I'm able to organize pulses and assign them to my colleagues. It helps me to have a constant overview of multiple projects at the same time. Since I started using Monday I feel that now I have more time to focus on other projects of my job, this gave me a better productivity rate.
Being able to upload files, set dates, deadlines, create private boards so I can work on projects with a specific person or more are some of the best things of Monday. In fact, I use the desktop version and the mobile one as well. Sometimes I'm out of home and with the mobile APP I'm able to assign pulses and send information to the company workers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to have a better communication with guests and people on your boards. Maybe a chat function, not only the "cloud". Another thing I even wrote asking if it was possible is to be able to know when someone uploaded a file to the "File" column, which is great. This feature would be a great upgrade as I would be aware when someone finished the job and take the document from Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a Project Manager and Monday helps me to keep track of every translator we have on the company. I'm able to assign translation for audiovisual projects and set deadlines. Thanks to the interface, everything is so easy to organize that now I'm able to focus on more task at the same time. It really helped me with my workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a tool that helps you manage all your company projects and you need to keep track of them, then Monday is an incredible tool that will allow you to do this and more. Just give a try and you'll see how easy and helpful is.
Best Project Management Software On the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has everything. It's UI is impeccable and it's a joy to use every day. The software is versatile, you can create a different board for any type of project and they just keep adding new features and new columns all the time. Plus, the Monday.com crew has great webinars that they run regularly and each is incredibly informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing lacking is the ability to create tasks (pulses) that recur automatically, but it's not a large issue, given the easy of duplicating and moving pulses from one board or group to another. Monday.com puts out new feature so often, I have no doubt this ability will come at some point in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department utilizes Monday.com heavily for project management and intradepartmental communication. Monday holds all our most important notes and makes sure everyone has a chance to see them and can find them easily. We can easily create and track tasks, who they are assigned to, what priority they are, what projects they relate to, and any resources attached to them.

Effective PM software for keeping our company on track and connected
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track projects but also to communicate through the software about those projects. Saves time in having less emails back and forth among team members. I also like the flexibility: our team uses it to track team meeting topics, IT tasks, Admin tasks, vacation/travel schedules, and so much more, all in one place. Plus, it's mobile so I use it frequently from my phone when traveling. So convenient! And the customer service is quick to respond and top-notch! Thank you Monday.com team!

There's so much to like and use and be excited about that we're very pleased thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are much more organized...having tasks and tracking in one location. Plus, we communicate better using the Updates section of each pulse. Some of us travel and the Monday.com phone app is helpful for that as well. Mostly, this has allowed us to have a more dynamic tracking system for lots of areas in our company, not just projects.

Amazing Project Managment Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use, always updating and looks amazing on screen. I love the way the staff are always looking for ways to improve and take the clients needs/wants and make them a reality. My representative Lauren is awesome, she is always willing to help and stays in touch to make sure I am always up to date on new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like, it's such a great program with amazing support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us track content development, campaign planning and marketing project management. It is closing gap between different departments, ensuring we are all on the same page.
