The ultimate productivity tool to help me get things done.

Needs better file management system for projects.

Easy to start, lots of great templates for setting up really quickly.
We are now a better organized company!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we are all on the same page and can easily keep track of progress. I am also a big fan of the webinars. Even though the program is very user friendly, I always manage to pick up a trick or two from the webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the entire program is extremely easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better communication and organization. Things are not falling through the cracks.

Go for it! You will be glad you did!
Monday is perfect for monthly client management!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the updates that monday.com releases monthly. There is always something new to test out. The flexibility of the system is perfect to match every client's needs. The My Week tool keeps me on track for deadlines and emails to send out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did dislike that the My Week function was only available on IOS but as of this week, that issue has been resolved and My Week is now available on Android as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows my clients to see everything that is done to their advertising account. It creates transparency. The Internet Marketing Services Inc team works remotely and monday.com allows us to stay connected and see who is working on which tasks without long email chains.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is totally worth the price, I use it daily.
Very Helpful for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual layout and the variety of functions for the columns that can be applied many different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations on how you can store information, but they have been consistently releasing new features that help. One thing I would really like to see is being able to have linked pulses between different boards that update simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High level project management and resources tracking. It makes it easy for us to keep track of our priorities and what our workload looks like.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool was the only one we found that let us manage projects at a high level with really visual indicators and easy to use for all users.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how you can color code statuses so that you can quickly visualize board updates
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the timeline feature was part of the basic plan :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday to track some of our digital initiatives such as blog posts and new web pages. We work with a lot of content contributors so monday helps us easily track each project in one place using various folders and boards.

If you're looking for a simple, easy to use, project management tool that doesn't compromise functionality, monday is the solution for you!
The best PM tool for the most disorganized!
What do you like best about the product?
Creating due dates, scheduling responsible parties and writing notes for each task
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can’t have two responsible parties for one task and that there’s no alarm for the task that went over deadline

Helping small businesses market their business using video and storytelling showcasing personality over just credentials. It’s been great tracking clients and the tasks involved
Fantastic Project Mgmt Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Monday's boards are to fit our workflow operations. The new features we get to test as they roll out are great as well. So far our favorites have been Automations, and new View Options. Because each project we do is different, and requires slightly different management techniques, Monday has been a great solve. The ability to add GIFs is pretty damn cool, too!
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have many "dislikes"... they're more like wishlist items. For instatnce, there have been several times where I would prefer to lock certain columns from view by other coworkers within the same board. I would also prefer to allow groups of pulses to have different column attributes, whereas now, each board has to have the same column structure. This makes tracking a project from start to finish (financially) pretty difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has improved our overall workflow organization and streamlined several processes since we have adopted Monday. Internal communication has improved greatly. Our team is able to complete projects faster than ever.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're working with a creative team, Monday's interface is great. Creatives like to work within applications that are "pretty" and Monday certainly delivers. Not to mention the fact that it actually makes our lives easier by providing custom boards, expert support and and easy-to-use system.
Make Mondays Great Again
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday.com! It is so easy to communicate with coworkers and it is extremely relevant. It is set up similarly to some popular social media sites so it is very easy to use. Tasks are easy to keep organized and I get so much more work done with my team. We love the added feature of gifs. It brings some joy into the mundane workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not always get the notifications that I want to get and sometimes I get too many of them. I have had to figure out when things will go to my home screen and when they will become notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the business that I work for, we have many bulk orders to keep track of and Monday helps us organize them by when they need to be completed. It also helps us organize customers to contact and many other things. The organization features and calendar features have been KEY to our success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Monday.com to anyone who is looking to organize their business or manage tasks remotely. There are many cool features and all are very helpful.
Modern, slick management
What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful interface that’s super easy to use. Having a product like this removes the buffer of technology and allows me to do what’s important: plan and get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team is doing a great job, but maybe adding a free, limited tier for users to get more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and tracking. Benefits are seamless work and easy task creation. That’s really important because I need to be able to add something to Monday through my computer and phone.

What do you like best about the product?
The schedules are easy to keep track of. Project management is effortless which numerous types of columns. There customer service is very responsive and quick. I love having colors for charts and tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more templates such as doing time sheets, or a better calendar integration. Program does have some lag issues. Need a better app for mobile devices would help. It is hard to scroll through scheduled and columns on my phone. Offer a way to attached emails from outlook.

It helps me manage my projects and keep everyone up to date on project.
