What do you like best about the product?
It's the most intuitive tool. SO simple and approachable, unlike any other project mgmt tool. They're growing and iterating, always adding new features and taking your feedback to heart. It's fun, it's effective, it's affordable, it JUST MAKES SENSE.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is truly not one thing I dislike about Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
team collaboration, transparency, prioritization and organization with documentation. i can assign tasks to my direct reports and link relevant sources & documents, we can converse directly in monday and later reference those decisions. i can assign deadlines and manage their progress, and they can see what i'm doing too. in private boards i manage my own daily to-dos. we've got a board with all the team members and their locations (all remote, across the world) which we can view on a map. we can create forms and collect submissions. i especially LOVE the time tracking column, it's honestly the first tool i've found that tracks time invested against specific tasks in such a clean and actionable way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your non-dev team struggles with Jira because it's the least intuitive thing ever, I beg you to check out Monday.com.
Best Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to easily add new tasks and assign them to my team with priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't private to do lists unless your account is upgraded. The deadlines also don't notify you if the project date has passed -- it just results in an error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team works all over the country, and Monday helps me keep track of their progress on tasks. I'm able to organize my client information and my team's tasks with ease. Clients no longer fall through the cracks thanks to Monday!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can just open a board and see how all your teams, projects, business units are doing. You can avoid going and download reports, you can avoid waiting for health checks, for emails... You just open it and you see all you need. I like that is super friendly and that all the team feels connected to the tool, they create their own boards, check for releases and go and improve the boards. i like that new releases and upgrades are made constantly
What do you dislike about the product?
two thinks, 1. do not work as a calendar, with alerts for meetings 2. do not have the option to have different columns in different group of pulses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday to keep track of all our company management, we reproduce our internal processes into Monday to keep track of them.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform allows you to manage everything from one place in a pleasant way. Additional features pop up every week and they are almost always useful things you thought about the weeks prior. At the same time this is a communication platform allowing your team to work together effectively and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still needs a CRM functionality which allows you to track potential client progress easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structuring, communication, effectiveness, cross country collaboration and overall change management.

It has a lot to offer for businesses every size. It is usefull for client communication as well as internal management.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has changed the way we communicate as a team. We assign tasks, update teammates on our progress, ask questions, offer help and celebrate successes, all in one place. Our projects are more organized on Monday.com because we all know what everyone is doing and we can see what still needs to happen and where we might be able to offer help to get things done.
We are a small team, working in a small office space but it still feels like we’ve increased our communication and connection with each other using Monday.com. We are big fans!

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has an application for everyone. It can feel like we’re underutilizing it but we keep exploring new features and tools to see how we can apply them to our particular situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay on top of tasks more effectively and it’s replaced our weekly reporting because our management can see exactly what everyone has worked on that week. No more writing reports at the end of the week and trying to remember all the things you did if you forgot to track them in the moment.
We also use Monday.com for project management and it’s been far more effective to have everyone able to see what tasks need to get done, update their own progress and keep information all together using updates and the info boxes.

Easy to use, great costumer service
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly, any time I've had doubts they've answer me quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the formula column is not available for all the plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our software to keep track of our sales.

Excellent Way to Keep Track of Multiple Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
All of my employees are contractors and I love giving them the ability to work remotely, but the distance makes it harder to keep tabs on everyone and all of their tasks. Using monday.com, I can easily see who's working on what, what stage of the process it's at, and everything is time-stamped, so I can see how long things take to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the release of all of the new features! I get notified but they're not for my type of account. Basically, I'm just jealous because they're cool but I can't use them, haha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to keep track of what tasks are being worked on and allow all of the remote contractors to chat with each other as part of the data entry and QA process. Monday.com solves all of that.

It is an amazing product as it does what it says it does. Nicely designed and a great user experience. The software is intuitive to use and is very user friendly. The colour scheme and general layout is very easy on the eye .
I also personally like the fact you can add columns to help split out and categorise tasks. This allows us to make the product our own .
Another fantastic feature contained with in Monday is the search function which works. Searching is such a key part of a system like this as your'e required to see the results and see which one is relevant.
The ability to export to Excel allows us to track the progress from one week to the next. This shows how the various features of the product can be used to full affect.

Cant say there's anything I don't like. It could possibly extend out and capture time spent etc, but this isnt why we got the software.
As I previously hinted we like to track from one week to the next to track performance, we currently have to do this on Excel, but at least we found a work round.

The software allows me to help prioritise and collaborate with my team. It is a single point of call for everyone so saves so much time compared to searching emails and finding the information you need.

Project management software is so varied, so do your research. No one product does everything.
Great for accountability
What do you like best about the product?
I love monday.com because I'm able to completely customize each board for each specific project. I also love that I can duplicate templates for similar projects. I love being able to assign owners and due dates to help keep members of the team accountable. I like being able to keep links to all collateral in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, I wish the name of the product didn't have a ".com" in it. I find it difficult to quickly reference. I know they've already rebranded once though. Everything else is great. No complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool primarily for our Go-To-Market boards. The cross-functional team collaborates using monday.com and stays on track toward reaching our release goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Having one version of the truth! Being able to manage all communications within once place is super convenient. I enjoy being able to assign tasks and easily track the progress - or lack of - in one place. Being able to customize the boards is a great plus and all the new column additions are awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to build pre-req pulses - meaning like other project-based software you can't require certain actions/pulses prior to others. I would like to be able to mark milestones in a better way than just adding a column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows us to manage projects in one place and keep everyone on the same page. If I need to know where something stands with my team - I just go look at the board. I use this for my direct reports 1:1 meetings and makes keeping up with assigned work a breeze. It allows us to discuss more important items rather than going down a status list. We also use the across functional departments and since it's extremely visual people tend to have more accountability. You know immediately who's falling behind.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get buy-in and set expectations on using the software. What started as something just my immediate team used quickly spread to others wanting to utilize. It was great in the beginning, but over time people reverted back to their old ways.
