It isn't always easy to find tasks
Some notifications are pointless, don't need to know when boards are archived

Monday is great! It helps me organise and plan my time efficiently for a busy week ahead.
What do you like best about the product?
The layout off the app is really simple and easy to locate projects and notifications. Once a task is completed you can tick it off, set deadlines and is a great piece of software to work collabratively as a team, I use this app everyday! I would highly recomend Monday to my friends and family. Using Monday is like having a visual to do list helping your work load not feel overwhelming and prevents any incomplete tasks. Monday team have been really helpful answering any queries the team had when setting up our account and now all staffs are able to use MOnday with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it had a built in timer so you could track how long a task takes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with my time management, keeps my work load organised and easy to locate. The abilty to give projects deadlines and priority ranking is a great feature :)
Monday.com is a gamechanger to improve your productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com simplifies task responsibilities and allows me to monitor progress of each task assigned to my team. It saved me a lot of time since all updates and activities are in monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtered entries appear to have a limit on how many you can check and download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case management reports. It is easier to track, encode and filter compared to spreadsheets.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many automated emails for changes that are not relevant to your area

It is helping us as a cross functional team to manage complex projects to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.

No dislikes by me, but as it is customizable some user might find it complex.

Able to add sub task for major task. Able to update the task status as working on it or done. Able to add update /notes for the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain pricing model limit how many people able to add to the board.

For the most time able to keep tracking what task to do.
Hands-down Best Project Management app I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple interface, and it's easy to create and nest subtasks. I can easily reorder issues, color-code status and archive items but find them again easily. Stakeholders can easily get up to speed, and share assets. I am able to connect it to Jira just by using a text field to paste Jira tickets. I have used Wrike, Smartsheet, MS Project, and none of them compare to this. I am in Monday almost every workday, and yet it feels almost effortless to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a long time to replicate existing functionality/fields from other tools (Wrike/Smartsheet/etc), and it can be difficult to find a worksheet unless you know the exact title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place to share project status with stakeholders and product owners, where they can give feedback, attach assets, etc. I also love being able to create bug tracking forms as an easy way for testers to enter issues, and have them automatically display as a spreadsheet for me to track -- no manual spreadsheet creation!
Great Platform When Knowing its Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things you can do and I enjoy their custom automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features and it the platform definitely has a learning curve that is a bit intimating and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a large group focus on the important parts of a project and having project items all in one place.
