What do you like best about the product?
Monday.Com is very easy to use, Being able to switch to different workplaces is a breeze. Assigning and tagging tasks for projects if very quick and the integration to time tracking softwares is very helpful when tracking the time spent on the task. Monday is also integrated on our Slack so I immediately get notifications when someone tags me on a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when uploading a file it does not reflect on the task. But it happened very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday when assigning tasks and uploading files, Being able to read the whole thread helps in understanding our tasks better.

Powerful Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a powerful management tool - it can do a lot of things for every department of business. Once you master how to make automations, a lot of things take only a few seconds or minutes to set up. I like that it integrations with TimeCamp, and that it's excel based so spreasheets are easy to turn into tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday does have a steep learning curve, and it will do whatever you want it to - but you have to know what you want it to do and think through how to make it do what you need. Their general org seems to be by department, which is great for a company that just works on in-house things, but as an agency, we've set things up by client, and our different service lines require different features. That said, they do have a library of templates for a lot of applications, but it does take a bit of time to catch on how things operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking work across all service lines, client communication so it doesn't get lost in email

I have everything in one easy to see easy to browse format, with dates, follow ups and all the information we need to get the work accomplised
What do you dislike about the product?
when you delete somehting it is GONE. I know it is in a hlding place, but I chnged the numbers on a file acidently one time and there was NO way to gt it back
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is our ticket tracking software, it is our project board, it is how we brianstorm and put projects together all in one place

We enjoy the ease of use, new product roll outs, and ability to connect on intricate projects by collaborating directly on projects with clients.

We have not hit many pain points in our use of the software.

We track internal and external deadlines, timelines, and product updates. We also set up Sprints to keep things organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday for a few years now and I am really grateful for it. I use it almost everyday (app and website) and it has helped me a lot with scheduling and organizing some of my projects. As a translator, I can easily see what task is left to do, and I can see right away through the notification when my project manager has added some work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday features a lot of options but learning how use them all at the same time could be a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to organize my various work projects, and easily see all the deadlines. It is useful having access to all the links, and I can see what the other team members' tasks are, which helps me to stay connected so I don't miss updates, and to see messages in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to completely customize Monday boards so I can manage information the way I need to manage it. It's easy to use right out of the box with little to no training.

Monday.com support is one of the best, if not the best support I have every utilized. The response time back when we first started using it was less than ten minutes and I usually received a short video clip for a suggested solution. Fantastic Job Support!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see easy-to-use templates for managing software development projects from real-life project management/development teams. The templates that come with Monday.com are nice but not really practical.

Perhaps Monday can poll some Power Users and review their project management implementations.
