What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday.com because of its user-friendly interface and extensive customization options, which allow teams to tailor workflows to their specific needs. Its powerful collaboration features and wide range of integrations streamline project management and enhance team communication. Additionally, the platform's automation capabilities and various visualization tools, like Gantt charts and Kanban boards, help teams efficiently track progress and meet deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Monday.com because it can be quite expensive, especially for larger teams needing advanced features. Despite its user-friendly interface, the vast array of features can be overwhelming for beginners and requires a steep learning curve. The free plan is very limited, which isn't sufficient for handling larger projects. Additionally, I've noticed some performance issues with slow loading times, particularly on large boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves several key problems in project management, greatly benefiting users. It centralizes project information, reducing the chaos of scattered data and ensuring everyone has access to the latest updates. Its powerful collaboration tools streamline communication and coordination, preventing miscommunication and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Additionally, Monday.com's automation features save time by handling repetitive tasks, allowing teams to focus on more strategic activities.

Great Product to Organize Dev Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to get your ideas organized on monday and divy up work among teams. The GitHub integration also makes it super easy to integrate with a common developer workflow tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing from my perspective that could be improved is possibly adding a "priority" lock - often times we use order to denote the priority of tasks to be completed, but sometimes people will move them around and it messes up the intended order of priority. The other thing that would be nice is having better linking for interdependent tasks, we often break our work up on a quarterly schedule with a lot of interdependent tasks so it would be nice to be able to link them together and then have a tool to monitor critical path, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were originally using GitHub projects and we decided to swap over to Monday because it's more transparent with what is on our roadmap, being able to order things into seperate groups on the same board for same teams or different types of work and just in general what we're planning on working on instead of only viewing things that are dev ready. We really appreciate the effort on Monday's side for their GitHub integration work!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how sprints work and their connection to the roadmap. Suuuuuper important for us is the connection of bugs and the accounting of time before elimination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out the difference between Hours and Time tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track all changes throw the development cycle and compare accounted time for similar tasks. Also, I can estimate the whole epic and every sprint task that the epic includes.
Useful tool that keeps our team on track with weekly sprints
What do you like best about the product?
Our team use the tool to track clients progress and manage weekly sprints of work. It helps keep me focused while I work through a project and it has been a big help at prioritising what needs to be done soonest based on deadlines. It doesnt hurt that is is nice to look at, and easy to pick up and use! We also love the Active Sprint Dashboard view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the progress bars could be most specific on progress of sub-tasks instead of 0-100. It would also be nice if there was some more automation that prompted items to be updated (i.e. notifying you when they were 'stale').
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of Clients progress through their implementation and other backlog tasks that our team work thorough in sprints. It has helped us prioritise moving clients through our implem process as quickly as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage the tasks , It helps in creating your own workspace and then we can keep track of Items and sub items by creating separate groups which helps us in organizing the tasks. Can keep the timelines for each tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes It's slower, It takes a lot of time to load , Adding the date for each task and subItem could be done better as it's complicated to add the dates in the UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a good alternative compared to JIRA , we can easily create the mapping and subtasks and the owners for each tasks can be assigned which is helpful for efficient Management.

Will work great for any company because it uses a visual approach to simplify processes, a methodology that applies to almost any project.

A complete solution for monitoring and evaluating your activities.
What do you like best about the product?
Access is extremely simple, only an email address is required. In addition, it is very easy to assign tasks to team members, allowing them to see new activities and deadlines. The whole team can follow up, collaborate and identify potential pain points. This way, everyone is clear on what we need to achieve and the actions needed to reach our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the high price, which can be too expensive for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its organisational capacity, as it allows to differentiate the activities of each member by colours, which makes it easy to visualise the progress of actions. This is really beneficial for the organisation, as it allows to quickly identify stagnation points, problems, lagging activities and people who are delaying the process.
Great Productivity Tool for Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has flexible product management boards, easy tagging for team members, and an easy way to invite external team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "My Work" summary tab is helpful but sometimes finicky. Sometimes tasks don't seem to show up there when they should.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lots of customizations. Easy to track issues and leave updates. It's very lightweight compared to other soft of the same genre. You can use it for different industries and effortlessly customize every board.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say here that could be so important to compare it to another task management software. I use it daily in my job with my dev team, and we all agree that it has all the required tools to track and review tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday groups all the basic and required features that a work environment needs. It helps myself and my team to be more productive each day, with lots of customizations and easy to use interface.
