A Project Management Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
I like the communications links between the various departments, the common area for resources, and the ability to measure the progression of a job, despite many hands being in the mix.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes and enjoy the software enhancements provided by Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of everyone's progress and setting realistic expectations with the client.

Simple management of tasks in a team

What do you like best about the product?
This application enables you to monitor the development of plans among various staff members quickly. We can observe exactly who needs help without demanding a director to monitor the workload straightaway. We can also generate reminder lists for details that have to be done quarterly/yearly, such that when new businesses appear, they can be put into these lists as required and not to lose work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The schedule features a context. I believe to create the most effective utilization of the timeline diagram, and you've to bring it to a particular way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control/keeping track of issues. We've many projects operating simultaneously, and I do not know if we allow anything that slips through these splits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is an awesome application, regardless of the industry of yours. You can make use of it to observe the tasks of yours or maybe conserve ideas, or else you can put it to use together with your staff to track the progress of yours on a specific job.

Significantly helped to cordial automation and interface functions

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is the easy use of the dynamic style. It has several tools that allow people to personalize a lot and work as you like. The automation motor allows you to identify stimuli and motives and has several automations that have been predefined. We automate warnings and reminders, for obvious reasons, in this way. I love visiting of the board. That alone tends to take time to build other programs to my processes, automate emails and develop workflows automatically. I like different offices of separate departments, since it is easier to understand what happens. It looks easier to get rid of requests than just about any other tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some colleagues found the colorful style unattractive and unprofessional. Furthermore, different customization options could make the tool difficult for certain users. To use the product as directly as possible, people have to go very far. I consider becoming an internal expert as an adviser to other employees. I have used this device for over a year, and we have no problem using this device to date. This for us was a smooth change of the game. The behavior he records has seemed to mean, "It's only a small thing that I may not like, somebody still watches my moves. The two actions are still mentioned although I cancel them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a development tool, generally but very versatile. We use them for the management, organization and administration of the campaign. The major benefit is the technology chassis, which saves everyone a loads of effort with routine activities. My problems with other divisions on Monday.com have been fixed. It is so much easier to share just one 30-person system with 8 various divisions. Without our joint committees, we would not be as successful or comprehensible. It was absolutely wonderful to connect this device, navigate and then see what I'm doing. We are immediately terminating assignments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just perform the test stage and get all the participants involved. A Monday.com consultant or an internal advisor who will try to get the most of the brand can be included. Monday.com gives the degree of responsibility and autonomy to every member of the team. You could also start creating more than your ordered workforce wants and your most constricted employees can easily track your success of a project. This is really a framework that you and your group of companies can use to monitor your expanding orders.

Amazing Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track the lifecycle of my project and assign tasks to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive, there is no free version but there is a trial version. There is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to track my project and see who is working on what part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for team based projects. I love how the interface looks. I always look forward to using Monday.com

Great centralization platform for initiatives

What do you like best about the product?
The project management system is designed to lead in high quality by focusing on the efficiency of the team. It will have the advantage of editing e-mail automation according to the techniques each customer generates. The dashboard does have brightly colored designs and diagrams that track progress and determine on primer. The coloring code app for different tasks is used in this approach. They can customize the tables to suit your needs and make work easier. Monday.com as well provides several guidelines in the field of tables prevention.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you accept and do not deinstall signal setup from of the beginning, the device transmits separate alerts. Operations can indeed be carried out automatically, the functions of time monitoring only succeed if the user manually begins the task. Contract chat options are easy to understand for other applications, the chat has been a little complicated to be using. Panel and column choices can be reduced depending also on project tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time control, as it incorporates models that can be used rather than scratcher tables, is the issue raised by this system. The caseload of laborers has since been synchronized conveniently, as the dashboard shows. From regular reports to KPI tracking, our diverse variety of Lineout models and manpower are easy to operate. Amongst the most famous frameworks of the Scrum Tool is project and iteration management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com can improve almost nothing but through a search, lead management software can dependent on the accuracy, everything from assessment to lead generation is fantastic. Additional content initiatives will be included in lists and columns. It is an excellent platform to keep us together. I see where and where my study is in particular.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a main board where everyone posts their daily tasks so we can all be up to speed on what's happing all around the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations take a lot of time and some pulses can not be fully automated yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of inventory and production with Monday has made our whole logistics department more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is structured keeping the user in mind. Interface is great, easy to use and pleasant. The flexibility it provides allows you to tailor everything you need. It's an evolving product, which constantly surprises you with new features. Perfect to work in a team. It has been a blessing and I can't see myself or my team running a business without it. Ever grateful. My business is different from most, and monday.com puts together efficiency, fun, personalisation, to make it the perfect choice for me. Very well done1
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing I dislike. It is great, and keeps surprising me. I thought it would be hard to find an app like this one, but after comparing many I chose Monday.com and I don't regret it at all. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure exporting to google sheets is as simple as excel and numbers. The rest is great. I honestly can't think of anything else at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is easier now. Keeping track of projects is effortless. Managing my team and making sure that deadlines are met is now simple and I can't even imagine going back to not using it. We used to try to make everything work with spreadsheets, but it was harder to keep track of everything. With monday.com we have found a place where we can gather everything, including different kinds of projects and board that would require different kind of programmes to be handled otherwise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it to anyone. There are a lot of features, so start setting up the first ones you need and then increase from there, no need to do everything at once

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly. Everything is intuitive. Filters and messaging is powerful
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything. The new developments are sending as Beta which you can use and testing to update to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live communication with Clients. Defects/Issues Tracking. Permanent automation to avoid misunderstanding and don´t less information.

Focus on what doing and after apply to Monday.com. It likely suscessfull.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com makes the management of tasks so much easier! I love the customisable templates as you don't have to build a board from scratch and would recommend it to anyone in any organisation, whatever the size.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Timely management of tasks
- You can easily set targets and deadlines for the team
- You can easily check progress of different projects
- Team members get notified by email for each change
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is a great tool to have no matter your line of work. You can use it for yourself to keep track of your tasks or write down ideas or as part of a team to monitor the progress of a given task.

You can easily integrate with other tools like Slack which is always handy and make work easier especially if you are working across multiple projects or teams at the same time, or working remotely and want visibility into everyone's schedule and efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
how easy is it to set up and start using the collaborative function and rules. the reminders are useful. the locking functionality is key and being able to have sections on the boards has been really good to assist with collaborative working
What do you dislike about the product?
not easy to set multiple due dates have to clone. too many emails from monday.com. had to turn them off. think the default should be off and subscribe if required. cannot find a way to hide boards that are no longer in use, that i did not create. cannot easily move the boards to archive.
I have randomly been added to boards, but I cannot remove myself from it, the owner must...long!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping on track of items that are possibly not as quick to resolve. the tracking of tasks and how long these tasks are taking - identifying way to streamline processes and bottlenecks within our internal processes
