Brilliant Task Tracking Service

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of Monday.com is great, as well as the numerous features to help build your own task tracking experience according to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally setting things up just as you need them takes a little trial and error, but this eases with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of numerous teams and projects in a remote working situation has been greatly helped by Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely customizability. No matter what kind of business you have, you can fully deck out your Monday board to fit perfectly to your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can lag a bit at times when boards become a bit humongous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each and every month invoicing clients can be a massive hurdle, but with monday.com - it becomes easy to keep track of spending habits, pricing, invoicing details, invoicing progress, etc. Helped me squish a whole week of end-of-moninvoith cing into a couple of days instead!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're tired of scrolling past tons of excel sheets, notepads, word docs and google drives and want everything to be in one-sized boxes that accommodates - look no further!

Organizational bliss

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy and intuitive. Even the computer illiterate on my team have become pros. (Okay, maybe not pros, but like yellow belts at least.) I love that the whole team knows what the status of every project is at every moment. It keeps us all in sync and annoying meetings to get everyone on the same page have gone away.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default reminders are too much. I get emails and notifications on my phone and my iPad (I downloaded the awesome apps) whenever anything changes. I was able to tailor it as I wanted it, but the default settings were overboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination issues and tracking issues. We have a lot of projects going on at once and it was hard to know if we were letting things slip through the cracks. We were. Now we're not.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for our teams to collaborate and share information easily
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we could find was persuading people to change to a new way of working
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What started out as an idea for tracking a few legal documents has now morphed into a tool which is used across numerous departments to track everyday business critical tasks. The previous regime of emailed spreadsheets reduces by the day and teams now have the ability to collaborate and have access to information provided us with a much smoother and user friendly experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is at the foundation of my team's weekly agile processes. The automation and Slack integrations are my personal favourites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit hard to manage bigger teams and larger projects with the current setup - you can get bombed by a million useless notifications just like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster marketing sprints, project management, tracked company goals, and transparent recruitment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it as an all-purpose tool for small teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface, ability to create boards, organize data, comment and collaborate.

Though I don't have any dislikes, I would say there are times where it might feel a little limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our teams use it to escalate issues and keep track of accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is SO EASY! helps me be organized, organize my team, and keep track of the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and big picture plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more automation for daily tasks!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to miss tasks because I was not properly tracking them. Now I do not miss a task, and I can plan my schedule much better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Forget about Excel tables or tasks on calendars to accomplish tasks. Monday.com provides the ability to do your everyday work AND plan accordingly for your future.

Organizing on steroids

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything organized. Can separate everyting according to the client.
We've implemented things to keep everyone on track. It's good to have one main place for everyone to see what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more like Skype, where we can have instant communication with each other. Their texting is a little weak. You can text about a certain item we would like where we can text about general things. And there's really no place to do that. Can they implement Skype into it?
They had a texting buy it went away in 15 seconds. Not helpful.
Some people are not complying with Monday. They just don't use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to keep everyting organized and in it's place.
How to keep clients up to date as to what's happening.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is very Interactive and easy to understand and customize. There are lots of customizable templates available. The integration with other applications is quite easy. Must needed options like Status updates and Reminder results in reduction of back and forth emails. Customer Service is amazing as I always got a quick and satisfactory response from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have a mobile application that can manage all your projects on the go and makes it more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep track of all the project's tasks and tell us where the progress stands as far as due date is concerned. It also helps in giving you an organized view of everything you have going on and gives a notification before the due date of particular tasks.

Best Project Management Tool We've Used

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is incredibly simple to use and makes managing our time and tasks extremely easy. The automations are easy to set up, and the support is great! Definitely the most user friendly project management software I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricy depending on what plan you choose. The pricing is based on how many team members you have, but it's only done by 5s (ie, 5, 10 15,20 etc team members). if you're in between those sizes you're paying for more teammates then you actually have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had a hard time staying on top of our many different projects- Monday has streamlined our meetings and our client work by helping us track everything easily. It makes team collaboration a breeze.
