Perfect for SME project management and task management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is currently the best project and task management software available. It can be used for both physical and remote works. With the help of workspace feature in the systems, all the team members can input their contribution in a single platform very conveniently.

The system is very easy to use and access. It is completely a board per member/team concept. This helps all the members to have individual boards where the task and its progress can be specified. This in fact helps the upper management for monitoring purposes as well. The guest and member feature of the system helps the outer consultants to have a collaborative board in the system so that they can easily provide their feedback. The privacy setting for such can be easily managed.

The other benefit of Monday.com is its flexibility for customization. The boards and workspaces can be customized as per the customers requirement. The tasks can be divided to subtasks, groups can be created and assigned to any board, the notification status can be customized as per the need.

The best aspect of Monday.com is its collaboration feature. For the update on any task, if we click on the task we have have the complete updates. Team members can present their views as comments or file uploads.

The feature that makes it different from other similar platforms is its integration and automation features. Monday.com can be integrated with various platforms like gmail, zoom, twilio, slack and many more. This helps to centralize the tasks and communication as well. And for automation, it helps to reduce the human input as well as the human error. Most of the tasks can be automated as per the requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the thing that I dislike about Monday.com is it's pricing. The pricing is per user so if you have a big team, it will be expensive as compared to other softwares available in the market. Other thing that might be a issue is the automation limitation in the packages. Sometimes within the basic package you might need a huge number of automation. But the software has automation number limit as per it's package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday.com as a task management tool in my organization. Some of the benefits that I have realized are proper management of the tasks as per the team, time tracking facilities so as to track the man hour required to complete that task, proper task assignment to the proper team, report generation as per the requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can collaborate with coworkers, hold them and yourself accountable, yes well as tailor boards to what you want and need as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could customize each group's columns to be different on a Monday.com board. When you create a board they all have to have the same columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com as our social media content calendar and it keeps us organized for who needs to approve the posts, writing comments, keeping everyone in the loop and can easily look back on previous posts. We also use it as a way for us to track social media analytics, which you can easily compare week over week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com helps tremendously with team collaboration, but what I also love about it is keeping myself and my daily tasks in order with having my own board. Monday.com is like your own personal planner, you can tailor it to a majority to whatever you want AND it's eye-pleasing. I like then you can link and drop files into your boards as well as setting due date reminders and customize your own columns. Setting a column for task priority helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to customize each board with whatever fields you need
What do you dislike about the product?
for anyone working in more than 2 boards, it quickly becomes very easy to lose track of items assigned to you. there are a lot of different ways to organize tasks, but none of them really seems to work as a go-to place to check what's on your list of things to do.

it also takes way too many clicks back and forth to manage tasks or find information. The information for each task is split up into 4 different screens, so I can never see everything about a task at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the capabilities that impressed us is the ease of access and monitoring using the Board concept.We are able to get insights of all the projects and performance as well.It is easy to use,visual and intuitive.It is feature rich to make project management easy and convenient for users.The management and planning tools,budget tools and collaboration tools stood out for us and was worth the value of money we invested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike is that for any added functionality it is a requirement to pay more which can be costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the most important benefits we derived from monday.com is the board system that provided everything we need to manage all our projects which is not found in other similar products.It has simplified planning,tracking and finishing projects without making mistakes.An added bonus is the ease of use that even inexperienced users can pick up and operate the system.

monday.com offers exceptional technical support and guarantees that you will never experience lack of assistance when using the platform.I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a fast-growing start-up, and we have more than 30 clients. Monday is helping us to stay on top of all of our projects, calendars and tasks. I can manage my team easily without sending emails or having another tool for internal communication.
I tried multiple others product management tools, and Monday checks all of my marks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to understand the system and it may look a bit all over the place.

What do you like best about the product?
It is designed to perform high quality project management by focusing on your team' s productivity. It has the advantage of being able to edit the automation of emails based on the strategies created for each client. The dashboard presents graphics and figures with colorful designs to easily observe the progress of tasks and make decisions based on the progress of the project. It is very intuitive, the software sends sms or email to the client depending on the activity he is doing and knows what content to send at the right time
What do you dislike about the product?
There are functions that do not have the option of being able to perform them automatically, time tracking only works if the user starts the task manually. Chat is a bit confusing to use, unlike other software where the chat options are easy to understand. Dashboard and column options may be limited depending on the work to be done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become easy to synchronize the workload of employees because the board displays all activity in an orderly fashion. The wide variety of templates and Scrum tools has allowed us to work comfortably, from daily reports to KPI monitoring. Task management and iteration management are among the most effective to use in the Scrum tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's very little Monday.com can do better, but with a lead search you'd make the lead management tools even better, everything else is great, from evaluation to lead generation. The lists and columns can be more complete to make projects with more content.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive, great support for collaboration in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more comprehensive control over views / permissions when adding guests to collaborate on items. Needs to integrate support for new features (such as the newly added subitems) across all elements before launching (e.g. subitems not supported on Dashboards rendering them useless for summarising).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarity of ownership and tracking of progress. Improving team communication and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation are great, let you take care of whats more important, team collaboration through board are also excellent tool, very satisfied with monday at this point
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have te communications capabilities as for example MS Teams with their channel and chats, im also paying extra license to integromat because automation posiblities are restricted, this should be a characteristic at least in enterprice license to have flexibility same as integromat inside monday.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly and versatile monday.com is. It's been so useful in getting our team organized, and made our internal processes more efficient now that multiple departments are using it.
Discovering DocuGen has saved us so much time. It's amazing that we can generate documents using our custom templates

I still struggle with creating forms from monday.com. I wonder if I can somehow link Google forms with monday
