Great platform but without one on one support for more than 30 minutes it can be overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
The visual concept is attractive and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are not as translatable to unique needs and are a bit complicated to set up. Plus the mirror colums make the boards look cluttered, it would be better if you can mirror a colum but added it as a colum within the board that can be used in the board automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizational Chart. Track project data and keep all info in one spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure initially there is a person working fully on board creating, dependencies and automation. It is not log in and GO. Its more like login, then figure out what works for you and be prepared to research a lot on the YouTube channel and customer forum.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and user-friendliness of the program are great.
It is easy to set up tasks, organize groups, assign tasks, track deliverables and stay on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become a little cumbersome the more you dig into it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using a different task management/organization software that was very robust but was not user-friendly and was not widely adopted. Monday solves our organizational problem and is very user-friendly which has led to broad adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most are the different tracking option for all team's tasks. The interface is super friendly and can connect to other services you might use in your company. The fact that is all visual, help you, as an administrator, to see what's been done, what need to be done and once they're finished, take them out of the way. It's simple and fun to use.

Another extra thing that is a really good plus, is the price. The pricing plans are really affordable.

In over all, this is a great service that comes with a fantastic support team for every time you can't figure out what to do.

I feel more in control and organized all the time knowing that if i'm missing something, i won't ignore it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that in order to link these services, or integrations, like Jotform, shopify, Google docs, zoom, (Services that, im our case, use all the time in our company) etc, you need to pay extra. I would really recommend not having to upgrade the plan to be able to use these integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
looking in real time what everyone in my teams are doing and how far behind or up to date they are. Another Issue with Monday is the trial period. Other companies give a 30 day trial period while on Monday, you can only use it for just 1 week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop looking and go with Monday right away. With this productivity platform you'll see how productivity will improve in your company.

I would recommend talking to a sales representative just i case you have more questions.

It's simple and very organized. Makes sense, and I can see the progress on any given project.

Can't really think of anything bad - it's really good!

CRM, following up with clients and tracking calls. It's easy to see who called who and when.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I have been able to incorporate every one of our daily assignments for our business into this single platform. It has made everything so much more streamline and easy to accomplish. It’s great not having to switch between multiple platforms for different types of tasks — Monday.com does it all. I’m so happy we switched our company over to Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could more easily mirror pulses on the battery section, but other than that it’s wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to assign my writers and photographers to specific articles that we need to get put together for our monthly publications. I’m also able to manage my entire client list from Monday.com. And, we’re able to use Monday.com to track with an advertiser with our publication has last updated their ad in our monthly publication.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, delegate tasks and manage timelines. Monday.com really helps you stay organized and on top of your projects deadlines as things are arranged in a very structured and easy to follow format. You get notifications for upcoming deadlines and it's super convenient for tracking jobs and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about this tool because it's just so simple and straightforward to use. Most people would be able to navigate it instinctively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively coordinating workflow for a big integration project. Effectively delegating tasks to meet deadlines is a huge benefit of Monday.com
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely a good tool to manage and delegate workflow for teams. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for something intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The accountability and transparency of the platform are the best! I find that working within ONE area has been so helpful and extremely efficient when working with multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet and I only wish you would offer a payment plan for personal use. I could see myself using this for my own personal life, family, and household.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One main problem we have been solving by using monday.com is keeping track of everyone's progress on tasks/projects. The ability to track who has done what and when has been a tremendous plus! In addition, keeping all the related documents, files, contact info, questions, correspondence, etc. contained within each individual board is something that was simply not doable before. Having to search and scroll through emails, document files, Google Drive, CRM, is a thing of the past1
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would tell anyone who is considering trying out a project management platform that they could look at 20 different ones (regardless of the price plans) but none of them will compare to what Monday.com has to offer. It actually works in Monday's favor to be considered last as it was one of the last ones I looked at when researching the other choices. After seeing the features it had to offer with the various "views" (tables, Kanban, calendar, filtering options, etc.) the others simply could not compare even at a lower price point for plans. Monday.com is priceless and in my opinion worth every penny! I can't love this product enough...can you tell? I would pay people to try it out and offer free training myself to them just to get them onboard!

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick my favorite features; visual organization with layout and color and the integrations and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to create some automations that I want and learning zapier is time-consuming.
At the risk of overcomplicating a near-perfect, simple to use platform, I got stuck on a donor pipeline board that I wanted to add a simple percentage calculation formula across rows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running our small nonprofit entirely remote now thanks to Monday and Slack. We use it for everything from weekly to-do lists to scheduling programs, tracking PTO, keeping our frequently used contacts in order, tracking donor leads and managing our marketing production process. Basically all our main functions now have a Monday board that my entire staff can engage on.

Great project management software.... if you like to customize

What do you like best about the product?
Customization! Honestly, it feels as if there is nothing you couldn't do with Monday. Want to create some insane automation for when you click finish on a project? Well, you can do it! It also looks fantastic--the software itself feels fresh and is a pleasure to see on my computer screen all hours of the day! Oh, and I do really love the ability to assign different roles in a board--allows me to bring in our contractors to specific projects, without them being a full user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization.... there is a good and a bad to all customization. If you are looking for something simple OR if you want basically just a checklist for yourself. Well, Monday can be a bit too much. I came over from Asana and it took me a while to not only get used to Monday, but realized that I needed to create a private board for myself that basically mimics Asana. Once I did that--it all started clicking though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem was staying organized. Like all task management software systems, we were looking for a way to keep track of everyone's projects, execute company goals, and a place to keep documentation on completed projects from everyone. Monday has check the box on all of those items!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A solid software solution, as long as you take the time to learn it well!

What do you like best about the product?
Adding quick titles , then going back in and adding the conversation. The ability to tag other people and reply directly to a question is easy and simple. It keeps track of whats going on in one place without the need for side emails where someone gets left out of the loop. I also love the statuses , you can create any status that fit's your own need.
What do you dislike about the product?
a little wonky to add multiple screen shots to a conversation, it always puts them out of order. If there was another area where screen shots could be uploaded it would be nicer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping everyone on the same page with the issues list and tracking towards go live. The benefits are development tasks , QA task, and Operational Tasks are all in one place for everyone to see. It's cut down on a huge amount of email back and forth with where we are at in the process of the time line.
