What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is compared to other platforms i've used like jira. Its super simple to navigate

There is definitely a lot of emails that sometime overwhelm my inbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm keeping better track of all the work that needs to be done. I love how monday will email me letting me know what tasks need to be completed for the day. I've realized i've been able to manage my time better now that i have a system that keeps track of all the tasks i need to do for each day of the work week

Does the work of 3 people

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has so many features, so much automation customization that it does the work of art least 3 people automatically for us. For example, it grabs our payments and adds them to a spreadsheet, it also organizes our expenses automatically. It helps us keep track our our clients automatically too!

I also really like that we can add our clients to specific projects we're working on. We can hide specific areas from them as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot to dislike. You can customize it however you want. It works for every company imaginable.

If I had one criticism, it would be that I can't customize the theme as much as I'd like. For example, you can change colors but not much else. Sure, you can change the view, but I wish there wasn't such a "sameness" to everything.

I'd also like to see an ingrained chat within Monday.com. We use Slack to communicate and it works well with Monday. Why can Slack channels be added directly to Monday though?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's sped up our productivity so much. We no longer have to remember to do our numbers. It does them for us.

That's a huge thing. I hate keeping track of bills, payments, etc. Setting up the automations was easy and now I'm just able to sign in and look at everything.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want things done for you automatically, give it a try. The automations give you a lot of flexibility. You might think that it's too techy, but it's actually pretty intuitive.

Yes, there's a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get used to it, you'll be hooked!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to start with so many different templates, then customize them with even more different options, is so valuable for a small operation that operates in many different ways. The ability to track progress across different teams in an organization really improves workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be intimidating for users who aren't especially tech-saavy. It can take some time for onboarding, but the time and effort pay off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization improved the way we understood how one another works by seeing regular progress updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely try it! You might be intimidated at first, but the time and effort you spend in learning the platform will pay off. You'll save time and work more efficiently.

Pretty, Organized, and Oddly Fun to Use

What do you like best about the product?
It's SUPER easy to use. My team and I were a little leery of learning yet another system. But this is fun to use - and the most fun is that stuff no longer falls through the cracks. We sleep at night.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to hide some projects from other team members who are not involved. But if they've gotten onto a board in the past, they're there unless removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Benefits - so much easier to keep track of all the projects and where they are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the trial a real try. Managing all your projects shouldn't be stressful. If you make Monday.com a habit, you'll sleep better at night rather than waking up wondering what you forgot to do.

Monday is an all-in-one stop for our company. We love the endless features our entire team is able to use to keep our business on track.

There aren't many things I dislike... it's worth every penny.

You can have as many boards with as many topics as you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can take a little bit to figure out how to best use all of the available options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was so hard to keep track of all of our projects and each of their to-dos, and who was responsible for each of them. We tried a few different products before we fell in love with monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
When I want to work on a project, I don't have to waste time searching for the documents, emails, images and other things I need to move it forward. They're all together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to have emails sent directly to an item on a board, and not just to the board itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time! Monday keeps me organized and enables me to move from one unfinished project to another and another, then back again, without losing track of where I was in each project and what the next steps are. For people who work on several projects simultaneously, it's a godsend. No more duplicating tasks because I forgot I already did them. No more wondering if I sent an email or where I'm keeping a certain document, etc.

Amazing Productivity Software

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple, its colorful and you can automate almost everything. Add in some nice integrations to other programs and its my favorite tool ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't get away from the square layout. It would be nice if you could stray away from the grid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been tracking processes for clients. We do investments. Some can take weeks to finalize after opening accounts, getting paperwork signed, funding accounts, etc. When you have a bunch of these going on at once things can get lost. Monday keeps you on track, you can assign tasks to different members. When working from home its really helped everyone stay on the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for task management software that is easy to use and simple to understand this is a great solution. Fully customizable and you can add automations to most every task. You can tell in a second glance what has been done and what still needs to be worked still.

What do you like best about the product?
Upside - helpful to track documents across time. I like that you can insert checkboxes and subsections. Helpful that you can "tag" people and they are notified via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside... hard to say. It would be nice to be able to rag and drop content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is a huge help. We can set deadlines and visually track progress.
