What do you like best about the product?
How easy it's to create your squads and services. Also, the straightforward interface of Alert Source Endpointsand to set up alerts integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
We only missed a single feature from our previous on-call system.
Once an occurrence is acknowledged, there are no other alerts if the issue is not resolved within a period of time. So it often happens that the person on-call is in a meeting, receives an alert, acknowledges it, and forgets to check it later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing on-call rotation of several teams at once.
It's easy to create teams and receive issue notifications in different channels using Squadcast

Simplifies the incident management and reporting flow

What do you like best about the product?
The free status page allows our Ops Engineers to quickly coordinate, update, report, and respond to customer concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the comfort features of other IoS platforms are missing (more detailed Status Page features, more integrations), but still works extremely well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to effectively inform our customers when an incident is detected, and quickly get our engineers on the case to start investigating and fixing issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive configuration and easy-to-use solution, really like how to deal with alert noise, on-call schedules, and voice call as an option to report incidents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could offer more remediation functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Squadcast, all incidents are automatically closed after the resolution; we have MTTR, MTTA, and post-Morten reports. Besides that, it helps organize the on-call schedule, and we don't need an operator to call the responsible team.

What do you like best about the product?
App wise eco system, the fact that you can manage/respond or receive notification through mobile app on the go
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes live notifications doesn't show up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Urjent task management, it gives clarity to reportee that somebody is looking into it and it keeps everybody calm.

The alarm when anything goes down. i can use this feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The daily shift notification. doesn't make helpful anymore. I know my shift, and I am already doing my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Server failures and maintenance make it easier for me. I loved this notification before getting to know the issues

It is truly an accurate and successful product. in general, it works stable and impressive.

prices can be a little cheaper. Some usability problems can be fixed.

It enabled me to do my existing works faster and more accurately. It also provided support in the standardization of in-house transactions.

Breaking out internal users into unique and specific squads helps organize alerting structure and regular rotations
What do you dislike about the product?
Some alerts can unknowingly get left in a triggered state after they have been resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building out 24/7 squad coverage rotations for holidays or weekends for support and development teams has helped address blindspots and mitigate more significant problems that may occur during our non-working hours
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider looking into Squadcasts integration abilities as you can make specific alerts that notify via email, text, phone call, Slack, etc., and test what notification frequency works best for you and your squads.

What do you like best about the product?
- Simple configuration
- Easier integrations with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Sentry
- Notifications and integration with Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to see support for mobile apps integration for alerting on-calls via phone-based notifications such a texting, alerts to grab their immediate attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing high severity incidents for our product via creating an on-call rotation in Squadcast. We are also integrating Squadcast with our monitoring tools, such as Datadog.
