Good incident management tool with the best price

What do you like best about the product?
It has all features that other incident management system has but with much more economical pricing
Also, the technical support is something I like the most. I have worked with other competitors, but the kind of support I received here is mind-blowing
Analytics is also very brief and something significant for anyone. Compared to its competitors, its insight has more brief and useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app of broadcast need to revamp.
Acknowledge all option is not present in the mobile app
downloading analytics report also needs to be improved
webform need to have authentication
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's for our incident management system, which alerts on-call people in case of any incident. It also helps us create RCA, have runbook handy and finally with analytics

Good with one Problem

What do you like best about the product?
It's a relatively good price compared to other paging software. It is able to call people in multiple countries and you can create teams and on-call shifts easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Sentry for logging and Squadcast for paging. Currently, we are not able to mark the issue as resolved on Sentry once we've done it for Squadcast. i've reached out to both Sentry and Squadcast for this issue, and although you guys allow for outbound calls, the Sentry issue URL ends with / , so we're not able to do a batch operation. Hence, it doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting people of fatal issues we're facing.

Escalation Policy is amazing.It wont let alert miss.

UI is not too good needs lot of improvement like the alert not visible

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to handle alerts over phone call is the best one for me, also with the clarity of issue occured
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app experience is not as good as it can be. Tye call alerts are sometimes blank calls with no notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we instantly get to know if anything is in alert state, thus achieveing the sla we provide

What do you like best about the product?
Event deduplication and many integration points for many different alarm sources. Status page to display system status to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shifts planning and overrides not as smooth as competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aggregating alarms from multiple sources into one system and paging team members or out of hours on call staff based on alarm emergency.
On incidents the reporting tools are built in and easy to use.

My experience transitioning to Squadcast from a competitor

What do you like best about the product?
After using a Squadcast competitor for several years, we recently transitioned and are pleased with the application. While not as full featured as its competition, the simplicity of the service is refreshing. The company is responsive to our requests and have acted on several feature requests/improvements that we've suggested. Keep it up!
What do you dislike about the product?
I greatly dislike that I can't adjust the alert tone. The default alert sound is rather peaceful - not the best for the purpose of this service, which is incident response. If I don't hear the alert, the service is useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident response. No benefits over its competitor, aside from an easier to use application.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard with statistics, it is easy to aggregate issues from different sources
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so easy to see which issues are being worked on (in progress)

We track issues that come from customer support as well as potential bugs which are logged by plugins like Sentry

Decent Alternative to Other Monitoring Solutions!

What do you like best about the product?
Good clean interface, easy to use scheduling
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerting options are limited, alerting rules are limited
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast allowed us to get up and running with a monitoring solution very quickly. While limited in feature set, it got us what we needed fast

I think OpsGenie has more features than Squadcast, but is more expensive too

Team perfomance dashboards: OpsGenie has more complete dashboards.

Be aware the actual state of the platform. It's according with my expectation.
