What do you like best about the product?
The alerts that we can configure and the escalation policy, the on call calendar. Very well intergrate with alert manager.
The mobile app allows team members to receive and respond to alerts on the go, ensuring that incidents are addressed promptly.
Squadcast provides incident analytics and reporting, which can help you identify trends, areas for improvement, and the overall performance of your incident response process.

Squadcast supports automation through runbooks and alert rules. Runbooks help document and automate response procedures, while alert rules allow you to customize how and when alerts are triggered.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not properly configured, Squadcast can potentially flood your team with alerts, leading to alert fatigue. It's important to set up alert rules and thresholds carefully to avoid this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The succes rate, exception count increase alerts. It helps to act reactively.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it's a very simple tool. Initially, with other monitoring tools, only technical folks were handling the alerts. However, since Squadcast is easy and includes the "notes" and a few other sections, it is managed by Customer Success itself. If they see any issue, it's easy for them to reassign. Thus, it almost eliminated the L1 layer

Call rotation seems to be confusion sometimes

We use it for Server monitoring for various metrics

What do you like best about the product?
API is very easy to use and implement. Customer support is very quick and responsive. It was very easy to integrate this with ELK.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while acknowledging one alert, another one comes. There should be some time gap in calling so that it is easier to acknowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the service and metric alerts for the VMs.
