Consistent alerts delivery. We never missed a production anamoly alert through squadcast.

Sometimes (though rarely) the alerts would be delayed.

One of the best tool to track incidents and helps in the oncall
What do you like best about the product?
the tool provide a great way to track the tickets, incidents etc and the way it gets easily integrated with other tools such as datadog is really healpful . Overall SquadCast helps get the timely alerts and helps in the oncall

Nothing much, would love to use the API;s if its available so that it can be easily integrated with Applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squad cast helps in trracking of the incidents, alerting for severity issues and integration wil datadog and sentry is very beneficial
Overall Experience is good with squadcast services

It has good features, like it has round robbin fashion alert system which many alert services are lagging, which is very useful in case of my organization

Sometimes duplicate alerts are coming, but I am not sure if that is configuration miss from our side or from squadcast side

Providing alerts if any services are down then we can take action immediately

Level of filtering and tags along with alerts through mail, message and phone.

Some changes can still be made to UI w.r.t. the open incidents by providing a different tab for it.

It is an efficient tool for incident management with good escalation policies in place.
Also reduces most of the manual efforts for the same.

The Squadcast provides a user-friendly interface, but it can be challenging for non-tech / new people to use for the first time. (Still, the demo or guidance is required)

It helps us to create detailed reports for RCA and incident management with real-time alerting on calls, messages and email

Alerting tools aim to provide accurate notifications when incidents occur. However, false positives (notifications for non-issues) or false negatives (failure to detect real issues) can occur. These inaccuracies can potentially lead to alert fatigue or missed incidents, impacting the effectiveness of the tool.

Its very good tool for monitoring and alerting of critical sites issue

multiple alerts chain not generated properly

importent alerts triggeres very quickly without any problem
It is best to notify alerts and help us a lot to attend issue on time

Whenever alert is triggered, it gives us a call and makes us notify about the issue with the description mentioned at the time of configuration.

Nothing as of now. But the interval between the alerting should be fix.

The alert which is triggered notify us about the issue and squadcast does a brilliant job on notifying us about the issue which help us to resolve that issue within time.
