Everyone gets call at same time when alert

It get alerts as soon there is any error on website of our client

It is very helpful, easy to access and very user friendly in use. Would recommend this to my colleagues and friends.

Its user interface & easy to navigate features.

Its real time alert helping in resolving the issues, that is what benefiting the most.

What do you like best about the product?
it is good software as Service. It gives many more features in less amount if we compare it with pager duty.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Metrics dashboard should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It notifies us on call whenever critical alerts come from our monitoring tools. We have integration from Prometheus Alertmanager to Squadcast.

What do you like best about the product?
Squadcast website UI, integration with alerting apps and alerting via phone

whenever an alert triggers for a particular client then the everyone working for that client gets the calls, there should be some restriction at individual level

We are able to send all the critical alerts of all our clients to a single channel just by intergrating squadcast or by adding an url

Good features and pricing compared to competitors

What do you like best about the product?
The squadcast support team is good; they hand hold to onboard/migrate and also support proactively post that. The Squadcast product is feature-rich, I especially like their reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be better for bulk users. On the product, some more granular reporting is required like how many alerts got escalated, etc. Also need a feature to group similar alerts for better analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerts sent via email, slack or sms are likely to be less visible compared to voice calls. Squadcast enables voice calls for alerts.
Squadcast allows escalations to be set so that incident alerts are attended to and SLAs are not breached.
