Squadcast is very helpful for notifications and alerting
What do you like best about the product?
Helpfull for get notified on time about critical alert and get call for notification

All team mates got call at same time which should be changed and set it by priority so first priority person can get call

It is helping to get a critical alerts with every notification system

It is very helpful when it comes to incident management, it has the flexibility of modifying the different levels of escalations through message and calls.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting the on-call engineers on incidents.
Great tool to manage your team on call duties and setup calendars and report and track incidents
What do you like best about the product?
The incident management workflow that squadcast offers is top notch. The calender let us schedule the oncall duties ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calender view sometimes is not upto point. We feel the need of a better easy to use UI for specific users to see their upcoming oncalls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The incident management and on calls duty management to schedule team members weekly oncall duties. Alerting feature if some incident happens. Sync with slack also helps keep it public among other teams.
Squadcast is a great tool for Incident managment and Alerting
What do you like best about the product?
Squadcast has integration with multiple alert sources. The alert source list contains almost all the tools available which are used in Cloud Engineering. Also, the integration with those alert sources is too easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now we dint find any issues with Squadcast which we are not happy about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an alerting tool which incident management. Squadcast solves our problem of alerting with incident management functionally. Right, we have a single tool for managing our alerts and incidents. It also helps us to manage runbooks which helps us to solve any incidents quickly.

Have been revamping the tool with many features and the website has greatly improved over time

The Android and IoS app are literally unusable

What do you like best about the product?
Using squadcast, we were able to setup alerts for our team based on the triggers we set per page. We used webhooks for pages that did not easily integrate, giving us a lot of flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can always be a pain, especially when dealing with multiple vendors. Using webhooks was nice, but more integrations would be great to see in the future as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast provided a single portal for us and our users to be able to respond to alerts / alert the company whenever there was an issue. We used it in two departments and had minimal problems doing so.
Reliable, feature rich
What do you like best about the product?
Consistent performance fulfils the expected use cases without any issues. Reliability of the product. Provides a lot of features such as suppression and deduplication
What do you dislike about the product?
Could provide a better view of schedules. It has become better with the new version but I really liked the pager duty schedules which I used in the past. Granular controls or better RBAC support for each feature would be helpful

We are using squadcast mainly for incident management and alerting tool. It has support for multiple alert sources and we have integrated a lot of them. Also, it's reliable and so far haven't faced issues such as lag or dropping of alerts
User interface is impressive, Some times filters are not working properly at user level

Filter options are not working as expected some time filter will give wrong results.

Currently we are using squadcast for instance monitoring in real time with infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Squadcast provides flexibility to integrate software monitoring tools. It is very quick when it comes to respond incident which help IT team to respond and resolve problem with servers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes squadcasd keep sending alerts for the incidents which are already acknowledged and work in progress

Squadcast is solving problem of incident management by providing alert on time which make customers happy. Squadcast is the best tool to manage on call process for the organization
