What do you like best about the product?
Squadcast is great for scheduling on-call engineers especially for different teams. It also can easily integrate with other systems so you can get an automated call or message when something is going wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I've had recently is the switch from the old scheduling to new scheduling. Here, our calendars got out of sync and we had to reset the order of engineers on-call schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy scheduler for on-call as well as alerting us when something is going wrong in our system.

What do you like best about the product?
Squadcast makes it easy to set up alerts for any appliance/application. As a new user the onboarding was smooth and quick enough to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found anything I dislike about Squadcast. It just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were receiving too many alerts from multiple different systems. Squadcast has simplied this, creating one point of reference for most/all alerts.

Great Product for Businesses Who Need an On-Call Scheduler

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting of incidents where those on call are directly notified through multiple modes of communication and the ability to indefinitely schedule members for shifts, is very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation pane can be frustrating to use as on a desktop, the icons arent always obvious, so it would be nice if the navigation pane was wider with a description next to them instead of a tooltip. Rescheduling for individual shifts is not very intuitive for the organization, so it does not get used, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast is making on-call managment and application incident reporting more streamlines for those on call during incidents.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and integration that allows us to be alerted when an issue occurs
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to experience a situation that i disliked a feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps with incident managment, alerting us when we have a data issue impacting our customers

It's working well for us. Nothing to complain about at this point.

What do you like best about the product?
Consistent alerts delivery. We never missed a production anamoly alert through squadcast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes (though rarely) the alerts would be delayed.

What do you like best about the product?
the tool provide a great way to track the tickets, incidents etc and the way it gets easily integrated with other tools such as datadog is really healpful . Overall SquadCast helps get the timely alerts and helps in the oncall
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, would love to use the API;s if its available so that it can be easily integrated with Applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squad cast helps in trracking of the incidents, alerting for severity issues and integration wil datadog and sentry is very beneficial

What do you like best about the product?
intuitive and easy to navigate, which can streamline incident management and reduce the learning curve. robust automation features, including incident detection and routing, help teams respond to incidents more efficiently and reduce manual intervention. wide range of integrations with monitoring and alerting tools, allowing our team to centralize incident management across the tech stack. flexibility in configuring incident response workflows, on-call schedules, and escalations can be tailored to suit our unique needs (across time zones, managing overrides, vacation schedules, adhoc shuffling etc.,). incident timelines and communication channels, facilitating seamless teamwork and communication during incident resolution really helped us during multiple outage handling scenarios
What do you dislike about the product?
Squadcast's pricing is not cheap, but you pay what you get for.
If you have a large team you may find this less competitive compared to other incident management tools.
Additionally, some very specific and complex incident management needs are lacking but this is only for complex scheduling and especially for very big organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast has helped us improve our response times and also reduce the number of incidents by improving the overall feedback loop.
