Overall Experience is good with squadcast services

What do you like best about the product?
It has good features, like it has round robbin fashion alert system which many alert services are lagging, which is very useful in case of my organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes duplicate alerts are coming, but I am not sure if that is configuration miss from our side or from squadcast side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing alerts if any services are down then we can take action immediately

What do you like best about the product?
Level of filtering and tags along with alerts through mail, message and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some changes can still be made to UI w.r.t. the open incidents by providing a different tab for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting alerted for any failures happening

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is very user friendly. It's easy to create custom rules, views, etc. Documentation is very well done and complete.

I have found that the product is flexible enough that it is able to meet every scenerio I need from it. The zero cost tier of the platform is very generious to test the product.

There are advanced features for things like creating teams, call outs, escalation points. The playbook feature is still pretty basic (basically checklists) but is being improved (and is still helpful in it's current forms)

The product team is SUPER responsive. They reach out (roughly) quarterly and offer to meet with you to ensure you are happy with the product and address any complaints of features requets you have have. They are not at all pushy on these calls, and have given me some great ideas on how I can better use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes. Any issues that I have experienced were addressed with my converstations with the product team.

I do wish I could customize email notifications a bit more - so that they are easier to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Squadcast as part of cybersecurity toolset. It is used as an alert/incident tracking/management tool to receive information from our various data sources. (Given the security related aspects, I won't be too detailed in my review, but I will say the flexibility of Squadcast, combined with excellent documentation, has had it very easy to integrate our systems)

What do you like best about the product?
It is an efficient tool for incident management with good escalation policies in place.
Also reduces most of the manual efforts for the same.
It comes with its analytics which is very efficient and helpful during the analysis of root cause over a period
What do you dislike about the product?
The Squadcast provides a user-friendly interface, but it can be challenging for non-tech / new people to use for the first time. (Still, the demo or guidance is required)
The cost of the Squadcast is on the higher side as compared to other tools in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to create detailed reports for RCA and incident management with real-time alerting on calls, messages and email
Also integrates with many tools, which makes it flexible too.
We have implemented it with Slack for better notifications

Alerting tools aim to provide accurate notifications when incidents occur. However, false positives (notifications for non-issues) or false negatives (failure to detect real issues) can occur. These inaccuracies can potentially lead to alert fatigue or missed incidents, impacting the effectiveness of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It is good for incident notification. It is very fast to notify me of incidents whenever my infrastructure resources are overutilized or any critical incidents are triggered via my monitoring tool. The best part is that it is very simple to integrate with any monitoring tools like Prometheus, Zabbix, and Icinga to constantly notify me of any critical issues in the infrastructure.
I always recommended Squadcast to my friends and team because they instantly got prompted for any series of issues in infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is any dislike point in this application. I like these apps and recommend them to other IT sectors to use for Monitoring their infra and applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever my applications went down or any issue was raised in my Infra, I got notified by Squadcast, and it helped me to resolve and figure out the problem early. It makes me a professional IT engineer.

What do you like best about the product?
Squadcast was very easy to setup and we integrated it with the Alertmanger and Slack easily, we are able to get the alerts as fired and we are notified via squadcast slack message, email and very awesome feature call
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just one minor thing if there is team and the alerts fired then every person on that team gets the call alert, it eould be better if there is a way to filter the calls to sent to specific people when gets triggered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Squadcast is allowing us to easily visualise the incidents by awesome arrangement, it is easily integrated with Prometheus and of creating teams using service option is too good, we created our team with a name of our choice and added team members in that which I think was not available with other vendors
