User-Friendly platform that helps you transform your business
What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales very user-friendly and extremely easy to use. It’s dynamic and provides a lot of insight into potential prospects and decision-makers, even when full information isn’t available. We’ve run successful email marketing campaigns and closed good deals after using their contact data. The response rate for emails we’ve sent using ZoomInfo Sales contact information has been impressively good.
What I really like is that it helps us reach people we couldn’t have contacted directly through other tools or programs we’ve used in the past. The initial setup was straightforward, and the platform feels intuitive, which minimizes the need for extensive training.
Another function I’ve found especially useful is the company descriptions; the results we’ve gotten from them have been very accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about the tool. My main suggestion is to keep expanding the data coverage for Latin America. We also use it for searches in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the US, and in those regions I’ve found it to be very robust.
It would be great to improve the presence of, and access to, information for countries in Latin America. Also, some of the contact information isn’t updated—there are cases where contacts no longer work at their companies or don’t hold those positions anymore. That said, I understand this isn’t easy to keep current in a world where professional mobility moves so fast.
Overall, I love ZoomInfo and have already recommended it to former colleagues and family.

ZoomInfo Sales helps me find prospects and decision-makers worldwide, so I can reach people I can’t easily access directly or through other tools. It also strengthens our email campaigns and has helped us generate good deals.
Accurate Contact Finder Despite Occasional Inaccuracies
What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be very accurate and thorough when finding information about contacts, which helps me with my outreach and narrowing in on accurate emails for companies. It's very valuable in my work, enabling me to contact prospects and update contact information in my internal systems. It also helps me vet whether the contact information is up to date. The initial setup was very easy and streamlined, making it one of the first tools I enabled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do believe that ZoomInfo Sales grabs inaccurate information at times. I have made several cold calls to people with the same first and last name as who I intended to call, but ZoomInfo Sales has actually pulled information for a different person with the same name.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to find accurate contact information like phone numbers and emails, which helps me with outreach and vetting current contacts.
Fast, Easy Access to Company and Contact Insights with ATS Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to industry information for company lists and competitors, location information for contacts, contact information for company employees, insights for job openings. The interface is moderately easy to navigate, it integrates with our ATS, and it's got good response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced search can be confusing and there are errors regularly with accurate phone numbers - mainly mobile numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo rapidly provides data that helps me find client targets otherwise I would not have had info about.
Direct Dial Access and Org Charts Make Reaching People Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I can bypass the receptionist with direct dial numbers and celllar phone numbers, an organization chart is provided and the software the company currently uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is outdated, people no longer working for the company and phone numbers disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find the sofware used by the company and at least a few current contacts to get started with sales calls.
Instant Access to Prospects That Cuts Out Tons of Extra Work
What do you like best about the product?
Instant access to see who is looking for a product that my company provides. It connects providers to prospects and cuts out tons of extra work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations on emails, and the workflow tool can feel restrictive if you don’t have a CRM in place beyond Salesforce.

It is connecting us to Stakeholders and making prospecting incredibly easier
Valuable Tool for Finding Decision Makers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the LinkedIn feature in ZoomInfo Sales. I can search for any company on LinkedIn, open the extension, and it shows me the right person's number, title, name, and email address. This helps me identify decision makers and IT managers easily. When I started using it, the setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it shows wrong numbers. Or gives me wrong numbers. So when I call, it's not the right person. It's not the person I'm looking for. Someone else.

A Well-Organized Way to Build Targeted Prospect Lists and Maintain a Strong Pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a well-organized way to manage prospecting. Zoominfo sales works well for compiling a list of contacts in relevant positions, which gives me a more structured way to build my call list and maintain a pipeline. It also has some advanced features like scoops that allow you to see in realtime what news/events are happening and which contacts are searching certain articles and guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a contact will be outdated and it is a little awkward to call into a business and ask for someone who has been gone for 6+ years. There are also a lot of contacts that don't have complete addresses and while working in territories it leads to some confusion and misdirected leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving the problem of prospecting being time consuming. Rather than go "door to door" on Google maps, it is convenient and easy to compile a list of relevant contacts through zooms features. It also allows me to import the contacts into salesforce/outreach to keep the pipeline organized and make sure I am following up correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ZoomInfo extension because it lets me do a thorough search on Sales Navigator and LinkedIn while tagging at the same time. I also find it to be a game changer to use the extension on companies' websites. ZoomInfo Sales was pretty easy to set up, and it seems like the ideal platform to explore areas like the USA and UK because it has a lot of leads in these regions. Additionally, they offered us a good deal in terms of pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new platform display is not as user-friendly as the one before. I often find myself navigating for a while to find options like 'lists,' and it takes forever to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps in qualifying companies by headcount and revenue, and finding ideal business partners. The extension allows efficient searching and tagging on LinkedIn and is usable on company websites, making it a game changer for my work.
Powerful Drill-Down Tools for Finding Key Targets
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to drill into the information and refine the focus to ensure I am finding key targets and not just a mass of junk we won't use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The info (even above 85% as a score) is not as valid as I may have thought. I give grace in the instances where the person changed rolls / the rolls changed personnel within the last 3-6 months but there are definitely still some struggle spots. When the person has not been in roll for over a year, that is a bit of a struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a peek behind the curtain is always helpful so when phone calls are made, in most instances I get the person or I am at least asking to speak with the former person in that role due to a recent change.
