Reliable tool for finding and verifying B2B leads

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives access to a large and accurate database of leads. It helps me find company details, decision-makers, and verified contact information fast. The filters are very powerful, so I can target specific industries, roles, or regions. It saves a lot of time when building or cleaning contact lists for campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be a little outdated or incomplete, especially with smaller companies. Also, the platform can feel heavy when exporting large lists. And it's expensive. But overall, it’s still one of the best tools I’ve used for finding verified leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find accurate contact information and company data without wasting hours searching online. It makes list-building and segmentation much faster. It also helps with data quality, because I can cross-check existing contacts and remove invalid or duplicated ones. This has improved both my outreach accuracy and campaign performance.

Ease of targeting the right Prospect

What do you like best about the product?
It helps you to find and target the right POC in any company. You easily can differentiate your data according to the industry you are dealing in, according to the Company's revenue and employee size too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much useful for prospects in Europe and U.K.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped our sales team to find the right companies according to the industry you are dealing in. You can easily get their contact information to initiate the first contact. The data accuracy is almost 99% which resolve the duplicacy issue of the data.

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me a lot with my jod as an SDR because I get to find leads information in a simple and very accurate way.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a rare case the information is not updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use another software to find leads and contact then but it was so not updated and It created an issue with my job outcome but with ZoomInfo I stopped having that problem since most of the leads there have the right information.

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be a game changer for my sales prospecting efforts. It's very easy to set up and use, with an extremely low learning curve. The tool provides vital details like organizational charts, decision makers, their email IDs, and phone numbers, which are extremely useful for making outbound connections. Its simplicity and user-friendliness are top reasons I would recommend it in any organization I work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ZoomInfo could improve by providing the latest insights on organizational changes. For example, if a point of contact has left the organization, I would like to receive notifications about such internal movements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo streamlines prospecting by identifying key decision-makers and providing contact information, enhancing outbound reach efficiency.

Accurate Data and Helpful Insights for my Sales Team

What do you like best about the product?
I directly integrated Zoominfo Sales with my CRM, so that i can push any leads without manual work, this helps in saving my time. And also the accuracy of the data are better comparing other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Pricing is higher according to me, this makes the smaller sales team to afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously my sales team need to research companies leads and their information, that too sometimes we are able to get the wrong data also. After moving to zoominfo sales, it helps our sales team to reduce their manual work and making the outreach faster for better connection rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplicity. I love the fact that I could also export directly to my crm without issues. It was also very easy to get everything started. It easily integrated into my Zoho crm. The customer support is very responsive and I use the product nearly every day for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing off the top of my head, just that sometimes the number in the system for someone is not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me get in front of the right people. It helps me to get around problematic front desk obstacles.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has definitely made my life as an SDR easier since I get to speak with Decision Makers quicker and has helped me land active jobs for the client I'm working for, get more accurate information and have accurate context of businesses when I call to talk to the right people. All I need sometimes is a name, an email, or just the business name or link. There are so many options I can use to get to the right people, that if I don't have one, I can just use another and still get the right information. Once I got everything, one click is enough to send it to my CRM, so it enhances the time I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when filtering I might miss valuable information, but only when using too many filters, so possibly is just my ignorance on how to properly use them. Other than that, no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to decision makers. Most of the times without zoominfo, is nearly impossible talking to the right people. With zoominfo all I gotta do is find them and just hit one button to call.

One of the downsides of using ZoomInfo is that a lot of the information can be outdated. For example, some stakeholders listed may have left the company years ago or even retired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main issues that ZoomInfo is helping us address is the lack of quality leads from other sources. This has been beneficial for our business, as it allows us to expand our reach and connect with more potential clients.
