What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate ZoomInfo Sales for its extensive database, which is a significant asset for our global company. The vast amount of data available through ZoomInfo is incredibly valuable, especially when compared to smaller competitors, as it provides more comprehensive global data. Additionally, the software offers our sellers an easy way to locate companies and contacts within their desired areas or industries, and it simplifies the process of exporting contact information into our other systems for reaching out. I also find the support from our current account team, including our customer success manager and account manager, to be fantastic. Their amazing support enhances our overall experience with ZoomInfo Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the contact information provided by ZoomInfo Sales sometimes outdated or missing. Although this is understandable due to the vastness of the database, it still poses a challenge when accurate and up-to-date information is crucial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find ZoomInfo Sales makes it easy for sellers to find and export contact information, aiding outreach efforts. Its extensive database is crucial for our global company, offering more data compared to smaller competitors, despite occasional inaccuracies.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the seamless integration of ZoomInfo Sales with Salesforce. This integration is absolutely top-notch and has been a key reason for switching to ZoomInfo Sales. The synchronization between the two platforms makes it much easier to manage sales operations effectively, reducing the manual effort needed. This feature stands out as incredibly valuable, enhancing our workflow and increasing overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data isn't always accurate, which affects its reliability for making informed decisions. Additionally, the lack of integration between ZoomInfo Sales and LinkedIn Sales Navigator requires constant switching between the two platforms, making the workflow cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to manage my sales team and customers, finding direct contact information and validating email addresses efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales to be an amazing tool for customer research and sales growth, which significantly aids in understanding organizations and preparing to position our services to them effectively. The technologies tab is incredibly valuable for ensuring that I am targeting the right customers aligned with the services and products we offer, providing a crucial insight into a potential customer's IT landscape. Additionally, the scoops feature is highly beneficial for keeping me on top of target accounts, helping stay updated with vital information. The integration with HubSpot enhances its utility by streamlining workflows, and I was impressed by how super easy the initial setup was, bolstered by a wonderful onboarding team. My positive experiences make me highly likely to recommend ZoomInfo Sales to others, evident by my willingness to give it a score of 10 in recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the intent feature a bit confusing. It may be due to training issues, but I'm unsure if we have it set up correctly. Trying to resolve this myself has been confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for customer research and sales growth, leveraging its technologies tab to align with potential customers and the scoops feature to stay updated on accounts, which sharpens my targeting and service positioning.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using ZoomInfo Sales for list building, audience creation, and prospecting because its depth of data is truly remarkable. The platform provides extensive information that helps us identify new contacts and track job changes, which we can then incorporate into our outreach and campaigns. This capability significantly enhances our ability to target the right audience effectively. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the plethora of filtering options available, which allow for precise data sorting and customization to meet our specific needs. The ability to map and filter on multiple custom fields would be a welcome improvement, though it's clear that the existing features already offer substantial utility for our team’s needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that ZoomInfo Sales restricts the ability to map and filter on more than one custom field in Salesforce. This limitation impacts my workflow and the effectiveness of my data management and integration with Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using ZoomInfo Sales for its incredible functionality and great data accuracy. It allows me to customize the configuration to provide tailor-made business intelligence to my team. This capability equips our specialists to focus on their strengths in each niche, making our business development efforts more effective. The integration with Microsoft 365 has been seamless, and I am excited about its upcoming integration with our CRM. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and I have received awesome support from the ZoomInfo team. My account manager and his team have been amazing, making my experience even more positive. This has led me to confidently recommend ZoomInfo Sales to friends and colleagues, and I have actively done so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the learning curve of ZoomInfo Sales to be seriously steep. It requires a significant amount of time to upskill enough to use the tool effectively.

I find ZoomInfo Sales provides up-to-date, easily accessible information tailored to my business objectives, enables custom business intelligence configuration, and enhances team focus on niche expertise.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate ZoomInfo Sales for providing accurate information, which has helped us increase the number of meetings booked. The accurate contacts information allows us to be more precise in targeting and has been a game changer for us. I find that everything is available in one place, which makes it the best platform for lead enrichment, lead generation, and lead information. The extension is a top favorite because when I'm on LinkedIn, I can get live information such as email, phone number, office number, headquarters, and more. It's amazing for getting full organizational information from websites. The advanced search tool is also fantastic, letting me narrow down searches by title, company, and industry to exactly what I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more clarity on how the intent data works. We receive a lot of intent mentions, but I just need a little bit more of an explanation on how the intent data actually works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for accurate contact information, improving SDR outreach with good numbers, leading to more booked meetings. It helps target decision-makers effectively and provides full organizational insights, impacting my team and company positively.

What do you like best about the product?
It ease the process of the sales by providing lead score, lead handling so that team can easily manage the leads which helps in more deal closures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other AI based platforms is not that efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier facing issue with lead management which is easy on ZoomInfo as it give us lead scoring, lead engagement and leads activities.

There isn't much to mention, but I find the tool extremely easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Zoominfo, it was much harder for me to identify decision makers.

Accurate Contacts and Seamless CRM Integration, Minor Data Inaccuracies

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helps me find the best contacts to reach out to for my sales organization. Emails and phone numbers are almost always spot on, along with current and previous jobs for the contact. The ability to transfer a contact over to my CRM with all their information saves hours of time as opposed to copy and pasting every piece of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while there will be an incorrect cell phone number or an out-of-date contact. There are also times zoom doesn't integrate with my CRM to transfer contacts, but all of those instances are pretty rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of recent the cell phone numbers have been much more accurate which is always helpful. Cell phone communication is essential for sales outreach in many cases.
