Market research and data analysis to drive actionable decisions
What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo SalesOS, it is very useful for conducting market research and studying data to drive business decision making. This software provides excellent tools for creating charts and visualizing, interpreting and sharing data, plus its reporting capabilities are intuitive and robust. It is easy to use and easy to learn, it has paid off for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "respondents" module needs to be optimized, it could become a great functionality, omitting that, it has worked excellently for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been a great help to us, we have been able to take advantage of every resource that this tool integrates to drive viable decision making. We have been able to efficiently manage large amounts of data obtained through surveys. The reports obtained for data analysis have been highly favorable for effective decision making.
Best lead generation software which provide the data from all the different industries.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is one of the most exhaustive database tool which helps to find prospects from all the different industries. I am using ZoomInfo from the last 10 years and I found it best. Although I tried a couple of others tools in between but those were not like ZoomInfo and won't be able to complete our lead generation needs. Although there are many things to talk about but the best I like intent feature and the way ZoomInfo keep updating its database and finding out the right contact information including their email and phone numbers including mobile which really helps us some time to close the deals.
They have a really smooth integration with the salesforce and you can exclude your existing salesforce data from the list while creating a new data list in ZoomInfo. What else you need as a sales person, totally love it

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about ZoomInfo but sometimes mobile numbers are wrong and its natural no one can be 100% accurate Second and it's my personal that the ZoomInfo development team can work on the UI/UX part because I use to like the old version a lot. Rest it good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges for our organization was to generate new leads, especially in the work-from-home situation. Zoominfo helps us time find out the right contact information including email and mobile phone numbers as people were not in office during the covid time and that's why they were not answering their direct numbers. It also helps to find out the target account as their intent data is really accurate. If the ZoomInfo not going to be here me and my team going to be stuck with dead-end calling on those office extension numbers every day and night without any response.
I find the application very easy to maneuver and operate in.
What do you like best about the product?
So much information is available. I like the with Linkedin connection. I like the reliability score as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found too many issues at this point.

I can go to one location and get alot of information, companies and people that work for specific companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the ZoomInfo information seems to be up to date on who the contacts are at a particular company. I love that I'm provided their email address and other contact information. It has made reaching contacts and adding to our database very easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat cumbersome in it's login procedure. I wish I could just be signed in until I decide to sign out. I feel like I'm constantly signing in. That being said it's not that much of a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us add to our database with higher contacts so we can be sure we are reaching decision makers. I has made us more productive in reaching those contacts faster.

The information included is all-encompassing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information included is not updated as often as it should be thus requiring the use of a secondary tool to verify key pieces of data.

It helps fill in the gap for missing contact information for key sales leads and helps me grow my professional network.

Too many times the data is incorrect regarding the contact and company org chart

Finding the right company contact for my outreach - including the contact's email/phone information
Great info, easy to use

Being able to get emails and direct phone numbers for multiple contacts, quickly is helpful, and the CRM integration is a real time saver.

Job titles are often not accurate, and need to be checked against another software.

In my industry, it is the only real tool to get contact information.

Occasionally the contact information is out of date and the intent signals are for the wrong geographical location

ZoomInfo SalesOS is an excellent ABM tool that can help you quickly discover and import relevant leads into your CRM. Additionally, their email addresses are validated, so you can be confident that your message will be delivered. Scops can also be very helpful in understanding the root of a prospect's pain points.

The ability to send personalized email campaigns is still undergoing development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time spent on emailing leaves more time for planning and executing strategies for specific contacts. The dialer and prerecorded messages make calling significantly easier.
