What do you like best about the product?
Contact sourcing and intent identification


1) ICP data records were 98% correct, easy to use
2) Integrations were amazing with outreach
3) Hot ( Trend symbol ) inside leads for email/calls are actually working

Overall performance is excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 25 contacts can exported to outreach at a time, which can be improvised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreaching problems are nullified and very easy to use for reaching out ICPs

It is easy to navigate and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we try to search for specific companies or employees in the advance search it teands not to show up and glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me navigate through my work easily and without any hastle. I get to directly reach out to my direct target audience.

What do you like best about the product?
- It is the best tool in the market for prospecting.
- The UI is very intuitive, and you can get used to it easily.
- You get the email and phone numbers of the people you want to prospect, along with which is the best method to reach out to them.
- It integrates perfectly with Outreach, so I can add contacts with ease.
- I use it on a daily basis and is the most versatile tool in my arsenal.
- The implementation of the tool is also very easy. I signed up for it, and added the extension for fastest way to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There can be some difficulty in signing in sometimes.
- I felt that the likely to engage markers on the numbers and emails weren't very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business development executive, prospecting leads and getting their information is very hard. Zoominfo ticks all the boxes when it comes to outbound sales. I get the lead information, including their phone numbers. I can see what tools they are using in the company, to understand their current system before even engaging with the leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Zoominfo has been helping me connect with the right point of contact in the organization and help me reach out to them and close deals faster than usual. It also helps me understand the structure of the organization and the size of the company. very user-friendly. I have been using ZoomInfo every day and it has seamless integration with my Freshdesk account

Little pricy as compared to other tools in the market but has the best features

The phone numbers of the CEO, CFO, and CTO are easily available in zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access contact information of different stakeholders and C level management. Quick implementation and customer support with a ease of integration

There isn't any notable downside using Zoom info..

All the Sales reachouts and business informations are validated via Zoom info. I knock the right doors instead of the locked ones.
