What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides accurate and insightful prospect lists that my sales team can act upon without worrying that they are wasting their time when creating various outreach campaigns that could result in numerous "bounces" like we have experienced with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more user-friendly but overall it takes time to navigate and get a handle on the system. Also, I wish we would go deeper into knowing what other tools a particular company is using, but given all the information we do receive a company or lead; its pretty great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team to thoughtfully create lead nurturing outreach campaigns to improve our outbound and inbound intro rates for building pipeline and growth overall.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides an accurate, rounded view of companies, prospects, and opportunities. With features and integrations incorporated into your workflows, resulting in an efficient tool that can easily be implemented within your workflow. Browser extensions and export features to CRMs are particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to exclude companies or contacts already used in workflows not available.
Inconsistent lead quality and availability especially with smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding prospects' phone numbers and emails and exporting them to CRM.
Gives great background info and website information on searched companies and provides contact info on employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Helped me save a lot of accounts where the clients went silent and we did not have any contact info. My SDR's swear by the tool in helping them find the right personas and get in touch with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about but it would be better if they added SMB's in their database. Also if you could get more information on Ecommerce Stores, it would help a lot of SaaS startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in acquiring contact details of decision-makers to be able to prospect deals and retain current customers by keeping their communication details up to date.

Some of the data is out of date they need to refresh the data

Getting email and mobile number is a big concern zoominfo solves it to certain extent

What do you like best about the product?
I work in a sales position where prospecting is one of the biggest tasks. I have used a few different platforms for prospecting, but Zoominfo has been my favorite. Having the prospects and the contact information in one place is the best of both worlds.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I wish their contact info was more up-to-date. For instance, sometimes the companies on my saved search are not headquartered in the location I specified, or the prospect's contact info is the info of a different person with the same name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By finding the correct prospects through a saved search, I get to spend a lot less time researching and more time reaching out to prospects. It is hard to imagine using another tool.

ZoomInfo SalesOS: Good for APAC data

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a user-friendly interface. We use it mainly for two purposes - Prospecting and Contact details identification for prospects.

Prospecting becomes very easy when you use Salesforce integrated with Zoominfo SalesOS. Zoominfo provides tons of filter options in the "Advance Search" section like filtering by company name, industry, headcount, emails, contact names, geographical location, job titles, college degree(higher education), and current employment durations and many more. All these options together help to find out the best prospects/ leads which suit our pitch criteria. Since we integrated it with salesforce, it removes unnecessary steps of manually adding leads to the SF, but with a matter of a few clicks, they are automatically saved to salesforce.

Contact Details of the data on Zoominfo OS are really useful, especially for the Asia Pacific region which is highly accurate in terms of the email and the phone numbers(direct or mobile) it provides. The email Bounce back rate is really low for the APAC data in Zoominfo Sales OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about ZoomInfo is that it is low in data quality, especially for the European countries, the phone and provided do not work well and the emails usually bounce back. The team should look into fixing/enriching this data. Lusha seems to overcome that drawback of Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to find the right leads and their contact details so that our sales team could jump on the call with the lead directly without wasting many efforts looking for their emails and phone number, again implications seem limited to APAC only.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having an all-in-one platform for all my needs. It makes my day-to-day process a lot easier versus if I had to manually extract all this information.The salesforce integration is awesome too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform goes very slow intermittently. A good amount of times the contact will have already left the position a long time ago and ZoomInfo lists them as still being there. And sometimes the Linkedin of the prospect is the completely wrong person. (even the wrong name sometimes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of having to search the entire web for information on a certain prospect or company.

Some company information can be outdated.

Saves time finding information on prospects and contacts within companies. Provides general information on company status and gives Intent information on what companies are searching for.

What do you like best about the product?
URL - Website to the company. Telephone number to Switchboard.

I have nothing negative to say about ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
URL and most of all telephone number to switchboard. I am a Sales Development Rep so this makes me more effiecent.

What do you like best about the product?
You get access to market trends depending on what your needs are. Neat interrelation with other CRMs for contact export.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credit use is still not clear to me, especially Bulk Credit. My team- is still at a loss here trying to figure out how to take advantage of it. Alwatys be weary about lead emails, they might not be updated and get a non-delivery message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for potential leads to gear our product to. Intends on our solution.
