What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo features exceptional usability. The extension's smooth integration with SalesForce and SalesLoft guarantees that my lead contact information is always accurate. Using ZoomInfo, I can import contacts directly into SalesForce and Loft, decreasing the paperwork involved with my position.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the company's outbound efforts after using the software for more than two years. As an individual contributor, I no longer have to be concerned with questions of cost, contract, and terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from facilitating mass communications in the absence of email marketing, we have not observed much problems with this.

We have seen increase in delivery and resposne rate in our outbound email prospecting.

Sometimes gives invalid data which misleads the users. Some info like revenue and funding details are not updated regularly

It makes the accuracy of any job that requires business to business interaction enormously easy and effortless.

It could be a little bit more accurate with the searches but this is completely understandable when dealing with the amount of information they do.

It takes the time out of trying to find the right person in the right department to talk to.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that there is an extension to use while I am using my CRM or I am looking at other websites for prospecting. I also like that I can create custom searches and filter that down to titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it looks as if the information is transposed for jobs and it looks like that person does not work at the company. This does not happen all the time but it has happened frequently enough that it is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of not having enough information and now I can find information for that prospect which is ideal.

I appreciate the Reachout Extension where I can quickly and easily find prospect information right from the webpage Im currently on.

I feel like there is always another tool that their sales team is trying to get me to buy. Like the product I own is never quite good enough.

The data in our CRM is invaluable and Zoominfo helps me complete missing information in our contact profiles quickly and easily. Further, the firmographic information provided by Zoominfo on the companies in our CRM helps us to target the best companies first.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo SalesOS, it is very useful for conducting market research and studying data to drive business decision making. This software provides excellent tools for creating charts and visualizing, interpreting and sharing data, plus its reporting capabilities are intuitive and robust. It is easy to use and easy to learn, it has paid off for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "respondents" module needs to be optimized, it could become a great functionality, omitting that, it has worked excellently for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been a great help to us, we have been able to take advantage of every resource that this tool integrates to drive viable decision making. We have been able to efficiently manage large amounts of data obtained through surveys. The reports obtained for data analysis have been highly favorable for effective decision making.
Best lead generation software which provide the data from all the different industries.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is one of the most exhaustive database tool which helps to find prospects from all the different industries. I am using ZoomInfo from the last 10 years and I found it best. Although I tried a couple of others tools in between but those were not like ZoomInfo and won't be able to complete our lead generation needs. Although there are many things to talk about but the best I like intent feature and the way ZoomInfo keep updating its database and finding out the right contact information including their email and phone numbers including mobile which really helps us some time to close the deals.
They have a really smooth integration with the salesforce and you can exclude your existing salesforce data from the list while creating a new data list in ZoomInfo. What else you need as a sales person, totally love it

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about ZoomInfo but sometimes mobile numbers are wrong and its natural no one can be 100% accurate Second and it's my personal that the ZoomInfo development team can work on the UI/UX part because I use to like the old version a lot. Rest it good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges for our organization was to generate new leads, especially in the work-from-home situation. Zoominfo helps us time find out the right contact information including email and mobile phone numbers as people were not in office during the covid time and that's why they were not answering their direct numbers. It also helps to find out the target account as their intent data is really accurate. If the ZoomInfo not going to be here me and my team going to be stuck with dead-end calling on those office extension numbers every day and night without any response.
I find the application very easy to maneuver and operate in.
What do you like best about the product?
So much information is available. I like the with Linkedin connection. I like the reliability score as well.

I haven't found too many issues at this point.

I can go to one location and get alot of information, companies and people that work for specific companies.
