What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoominfo is the way they are able to capture leading accompanies and get data-driven databases and insights from their buyers. This process is quite efficient and is impossible to falter.

There is nothing that I dislike about ZoomInfo SalesOS as far as I have used it.

i have used it for populating my databases for deep-search and machine-learning purposes in my company.

Zoom info provides the complete information required about the business to qualify and begin engagement with the right point of contact

Sometimes we find it hard to reach the right business decision maker. The software has helped us in reaching out multiple stakeholders who might be the decision maker.

The good thing is it completely helps outbounding lead info overall
When I have issues tracking leads or people, more than LinkedIn or other tools zoom info helps me track it easier and better, as I can use the filters and get it ASAP. Checking the trends of certain companies and checking where and when to contact, what the possible leads are has been very useful especially for cold outreaches

It needs improvement on the UI as a person who is not familiar with the tool would need to understand it properly to navigate.

Sometimes, the phone numbers and emails are missing out.

Well I have used this tool for 8 years and now I train people on Zoominfo how to use and navigate the tool. So far mostly sales person in our organisation meeting targets and achieving high incentives.

Nothing all good happy to be a proud user of zoominfo. Highly recommend atleast try it once.

It makes it easier to find teammates, colleagues, or board-line number to reach out to them. We can also ensure we know who we are talking to on the calls.

After using the paid version for over 2 years, I can honestly vouch that paying for it is indeed worth it.
They can improve lead suggestions based on searches, maybe using AI (similar to SalesNavigator in LinkedIn).
