What do you like best about the product?
There is some great training material available.
Zoom Info is quite easy to use and the enrich tool is amazing.
Integration with Salesforce.
Zoominfo is better than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is not up-to-date, such as company size/revenue, the same thing applies to contacts.
Sometimes it feels like Zoominfo is too focused on the USA and giving the same level of service to other countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am working in Sales, ZoomInfo SalesOS is helping me find new prospects and make my sales efforts a lot more effective with the help of intents. It also saves me a lot of time in searching for contacts in specific companies.

What do you like best about the product?
It's important to have the right contact info for prospects and companies. Integrations w/ Chrome/LI Sales Nav/SFDC/Outreach make the transfer of information easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone numbers are often wrong but I'm sure that's an industry issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need good emails (primarily) and able to transfer that information quickly to other sales tools.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy platform to navigate with auto-populate functions for both SalesForce and HubSpot (amongst others, I'm sure). I can get a lot done in a short period of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a ton to hate here..If I'm splitting hairs, I'd say that the cell phone numbers can be a bit unreliable. I'd also like to see a bit more global coverage for the standard ZoomInfo package as my company does business all over the globe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needed to identify both buyer personas as well as the specific market(s) we wanted to introduce our product to. ZoomInfo allowed us to test multiple verticles + multiple buying personas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Tools are only as good as the people using them to navigate. Make sure your team understands how to utilize the tool and pairs it with other tools (ex. LI Sales Navigator, SalesForce, Ect)

What do you like best about the product?
I can use Zoominfo to mine company data for cybersecurity purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Zoominfo had better coverage of smaller and internaitonal companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo tells me what Technologies other comapnies might be using which gives me 4th party info that is useful to understanding attack surface.

What do you like best about the product?
Been using Zoominfo for more than five years in different companies. The new UI and the reach-out plugin are superb. Being a pure-play outbound rep, ZoomInfo has always got me through the line. Although I relied on LinkedIn for contacts, there are hidden gems (active contacts) on ZI which do not show up on LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
hardly dislike anything, but yeah, sometimes the cell numbers are wrong. Unable to export autogenerated contacts most of the time, but the manual process is not that tedious. yeah, that can surely be worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bypassing the Gatekeeper!!!! That's the biggest problem ZI has solved for me. As of for me I just pick up the phone and get on with it so it has saved me a lot of time by not holding the line till the receptionist can xfer the call or tell me the prospect is in a meeting hahahaha.

I like that Engage allows me to track opens, clicks, and replies.

It is s not the most intuitive dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is amazing, just like LinkedIn sales navigator you get a lot of filters to narrow down your search to the right set of prospects. The integration with salesforce works like a charm and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's a good tool I feel the user interface and user experience need an update to make it easy to use for the new starter. Also, the data sometimes are not updated in a realtime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to get contacts to start the outbound sales process as we were not getting emails and other contact details. Now we use ZoomInfo and it helps us getting those contacts resulting in decrease of dependency on inbounds

Engage helps me complete more tasks each day in less time

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can automate salesflows and quickly see all of my tasks. The auto dial feature is really great too. Also, it's very convenient to be able to set up multiple salesflows with specific steps that can be completed in certain ways (only auto-emailing at certain times of the day, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
- It would be great if there was an automatic option to call another number for someone if the first number doesn't work.
- I have also found some incorrect numbers and even called someone in Engage who had retired 4 years ago! It would be nice if the system was more updated and/or if people could add in information for review if they find out contact info is incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to email more people each day and I can make calls 10x faster. It has saved me so much time! I also love that I can make targeted salesflows for specific leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this is a product worth trying! It will save you time contacting your leads and will help you keep your salesflows organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations available, CRM sync, if you have Zoominfo ReachOut and create lists there it can be a game-changer if your reps are struggling to keep up with new hires at prospected companies as it will automatically add new people from those lists to your reps' sales flows (should you so choose).
What do you dislike about the product?
They are definitely still working out some kinks such as tags taking a long time to load and the inability to scroll down the page or the Gmail extension (currently have to zoom out in the chrome browser to see the bottom of the main page) but I'm very hopeful they will be worked out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for 1:1 sales outreach tracking, auto-sync of activities back to our CRM, salesflows to make sure reps stay up to date on tasks required of them.
