Great service for enterprise sales teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate, detailed contact information on most contacts that I search for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is quite pricey, which most likely excludes smaller, startup businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information at businesses that we do not already have a relationship with.

The Company page ... a very comprehensive snapshot with info industry, demograghics, org chart and more...
What do you dislike about the product?
The list function and list generation could be more user-friendly... and it is slow sometimes. (i do not think it is us - our internet connection is pretty solid).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get deeper contacts-wise into certain companies and that enables me to get to proper contact which saves time. I expect with the ability to cover more ground quickly that my sales will increase.

really easy to use, intuitive, content is reasonably updated. I didn't even needed any training to start using it.
Not all the information is correct per the Con that I listed, but generally speaking it gets you in the right direction that you otherwise wouldn't have had. There are so many awesome add on you can choose from for your account, and we love being able to search millions of companies and get direct work line and mobile dials + work emails.
ZoomInfo is a life saver for those sales/cold-calling individuals that have a hard time reaching their targets. It implements numbers/emails so you can have your targets direct line, and is very useful in following up and striking conversations between managers, employees, or potential targets in a company.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes we struggle to find info for some companies, specially for SMB companies. Design could also be improved as well.
There is some dead data and they give you no way to notify them that it's bad information and they keep selling their data to other customers. Also it's rare, but for instance occasionally I'll call someone's phone and it turns out to be their personal number and not work number so they think I'm a telemarketer
You cannot sync data to Salesforce unless you use up your allocated credits which is a problem. Data enrichment should occur in the background and not take up credits in my opinion

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a very nice user experience that allows for easy list building across a variety of verticals. It also provides the context with the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is only as good as its data, we find emails bounce quite often and the titles are sometimes out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to do market research for our ICP so being able to grab different lists quickly for campaigns is a win. We have gotten some nice conversations from it.

Slow support - was down for a week. No calls - only email. Once I got to the right person was fixed in less than 2 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our contact with Covid-19 is still very low but having more direct and mobile phone numbers has helped.

Sometimes the contact info is not available on the reach out extension tab and I have to go to the platform to search for details

Initial lead generation for our new product suite. Good list of contact details saving our time to research prospects and their contact details

Definitely recommend for early-stage sales and marketing strategy set up.
Great tool that makes it easy to update your database
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a helpful tool for updating contacts and accounts in your database. Both the website and the mobile app work well. There are frequent updates and new features being added. It is fairly easy to search and there are tons of filters available to build lead or target lists. Not only can you use it to obtain contact information but also to see relevant news and other information related to a specific account or contact. If you use one of the bigger, more well-known CRM's you can easily import from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's on the expensive side and you only get 5 licenses, unless you want to pay quite a bit more. 25-30% of the information, in my personal experience, is outdated or just plain incorrect, which is to be expected but I don't know how that compares to their competitors. You can set up email alerts, but only for licensed users. As far as I know, you cannot automatically export information. There must be frequent turnover, because for a while I was getting emails nearly every other month from my new Account Manager, wanting to set up an introductory call to learn more about my business and how we're using ZoomInfo (and to try and sell me more licenses).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using ZoomInfo, our database was full of old, outdated contacts and was missing important information. Account Managers spent a lot of time tracking down names and email addresses. Since implementation, we've been able to add/update over 2,000 accounts. Account Managers no longer have to spend their time tracking down contact information and can go straight to calling/emailing.

Specified searches, intent scores help a lot with prospecting and getting to the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the extension, there are multiple times that it's just loading and even when I try to refresh the page same result. Sometimes having trouble logging in. 10/100 contacts need to be updated. The process of a prospect requesting to be removed from zoominfo has no update. Just submit and you won't know if they will be removed or not.

Getting better leads. Integration with other sales tools is a real benefit.
