About as good as it gets
What do you like best about the product?
The extension is heavenly. The ability to sync up with our CRM is conveneint as well. Customer service was also very timely in responding to me the other day, good stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is dated. Emails will be missing but you can view other people's emails in the organization and put it all together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really is a time saver and that is one of the most important things in my world.
ZoomInfo has been great for company research and building contact lists and so much more!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy doing account research and building lists of companies with different revenues, employee sizes, etc to identify first priority targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo will log you out often and it's annoying to have to resign in if you step away or don't use it while you have it open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the problem of creating large contact lists in a matter of minutes and they verify the information instead of leaving me to guess.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is great, I would get it as fast as you can to save yourself time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides useful filters to help precise targeting than most other platforms. Features like Enhance and Intent are a wise salesperson's best friends. Compared to with most competitors, the quality and quantity of data is better on ZoomInfo although competition is readily catching up.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo should make prices more affordable to be acceptable to global prospects. The product works seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a track of leads changing jobs. I yet have to see a financial reward from ZoomInfo but the wait would be worth it. Although, I am concerned about the expensive price plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make the price plans more affordable depending on the currency exchange rates v/s USD

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo interacts well with Sales Nav, so I can find the right "suspects", get their contact information, and reach out to them quickly and efficiently. I don't know that it's always better than the other data systems, and every system is going to have gaps and bad or outdated information, but Zoominfo has done well for us.

Sometimes it's too much data - you've got to spend some time learning how to enter the right search terms.
Also, the data the extension returns isn't always "all" the data - sometimes a second search through the web app produces more.

Our business is doing a lot of outbound to new prospects right now, as we break into new markets and expand our footprint - the best way to start a conversation with a potential prospect is to give them a call, and ZoomInfo gives us their telephone numbers.

If you buy it, make sure you use it.

Engage has allowed me to seamlessly increase my productively and is a very user intuitive platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to get started with the tool and how efficiently I've become. in combination with the web client and the chrome extension, I've been able to increase my prospecting efforts significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only issue I've run into is how long it takes to load contacts in and for them to be available in Engage. I've also had issues load in contact and forgetting to tag then so i becomes increasing difficult to find them especially as the data pool gets larger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR (Sales Development Rep) my primary focus is on prospect outreach, and with Engage I've been able to be more organized and effective in my outreach and cover my territoy efficiently.
It was a very informative course, challenging enough to stay engaging.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo for sales is useful for finding new businesses and makes prospecting a breeze! I have Zoominfo integrated with Salesforce to create a relatively seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the system can be confusing or complex to figure out how to use properly, and thus would often be avoided. The course helps remedy this. However, the bells and whistles can be a distraction for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me shorten the time I need to spend discovering new businesses and contacts there. This simplifies what would be the hardest part of my job. Now, all I have to do is brief research and then dial away!
