What do you like best about the product?
I love the features that are one each company I search for. I can not only see all the insights under scoops and news but I can view the company profile, and hierarchy, and download a quick pdf to share with colleagues or attach to research.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intelligence feed doesn't ever really add to my value. Also, I find companies that have no revenue listed yet it is on other websites like Demandbase, LinkedIn, or Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using ZoomInfo SalesOS to research prospects, understand their industry and their challenges, and find specific insights on recent happenings for that specific company.

Add challenge questions Salespeople can use for each industry.

I like the ability to find information on companies and find the executives there.

There is nothing that I would call out as a dislike. It works well for what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to take a list of companies and enrich the information so I can create a prioritized list of targets to start with.

This tool has allowed the marketing team to scale and add specific people to our lead funnel to reach the right people at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add more built in workflows to flow and integrate into Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to increase our lead funnel and have greatly increased our funnel of possible sales candidates from ZoomInfo.

the course was very thorough and they made sure that it is not only about learning the software! it was also about learning how to be in sales which is an added value

some of the questions asked were not clear in the assessment and others were wrong! i HAD THE EXACT ANSWERS FROM THE COURSE but it kept giving me that it is a wrong answer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me a variety of prospects and especially when we specify the accuracy and it is giving me access to all the world and that is great since our work is online and most of our positions will be online in the future

Worth the price
What do you like best about the product?
No data source is 100% accurate, but in general Zoominfo has very reliable data for direct dials and mobile numbers in the US. To some degree Europe as well, and rest of the world it can be a mixed bag. The integrations with Salesforce and SEPs like Salesloft have proven to be very helpful and the filters allow us to get super specific with target personas.
Support team as well has been stellar!

What do you dislike about the product?
We tried their chat function but compared to some more well-known brands like Intercom, it can be quite buggy. However, this is not their bread-and-butter. I would still highly recommend their contact database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like any sales organization, getting good contact data trumps all other problems. Being able to connect with people using direct dials and mobiles has saved a lot of time having to work with gatekeepers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are scoops which helps a lot with keeping ourselves relevant and it is such a huge advantage to know which companies may or may not find the services we offer to be valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts need to be updated and currently there are some issues with exporting to Outreach. However my team has been in contact with ZI and they have been working on fixing this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the main problem being solved by ZI SalesOS is to know which companies within our target market would benefit from our services and which companies would actually find our services attractive. I also love that there is a contact info accuracy feature that helps make sure we actually contact these high-quality leads.

take the sales training course and get the sales certification that ZI offers
some information need to be update

What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality is very user friendly. I like that it integrates with Salesforce and Outlook. I can't live without it. In the time it takes me to manually search the Internet for 3 contacts, I can upload dozens into my sales database with confidence that their information is correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all contact information is up to date, but it's better than other competing products like Rocket Reach or Clearbit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster than searching online yourself and more user friendly and accurate than other competing products.

What do you like best about the product?
The database is updated constantly, so I don't have to worry about information being accurate. Most of the contact information is usable and can produce results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely, exporting leads doesn't work. I've had a couple of instances where exporting has gone down, but the technical team usually gets it back up and running in 10-15 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I generally use the software to build a strong set of leads for the product I represent. With the quality information, such as funding insights, this makes for a much less cold of an introduction.
