What do you like best about the product?
Intent Topics! They allow you to get an insight and warm up leads before they commit elsewhere
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of my questions have never been resolved by CS teams - it often feels like there are a lot of unnecessary stakeholders and not enough answers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving is Pipeline curation - benefits are that we can tailor outreach with Intent into a Webinar, etc and improve touchpoint engagement with relevance

Fairly Intuitive, integrates well with SFDC

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate easily with SFDC and add all contacts from an account (or only some) to a a cadence
What do you dislike about the product?
After using Salesloft, the interface is a bit harder to get used to inititally

Mass outreach to bubble up engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is simply amazing. Its offers a lot of filters that help you to do prospecting effectively. We can also save our searches and have an update on a weekly/daily basis regarding the changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is amazing but it do have some limitations. Some contacts doesn't have contact details or emails and that's trouble while making your list. Also, sometimes the info on zoominfo are not that updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding leads and prospecting in different industries/regions. We also use this to verfy the emails. One of the major problem zoominfo have solved is having the insight informations and they call it scoops

What do you like best about the product?
The best part i like about zoominfo is that it gives you accurate information. And its so easy to use. It helps in generating more leads, it gives you more info. I would say that this is the future of modern goto market software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about the SalesOS, I have been it for sometime and see good results out of it. But the price is the constraint which I feel a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Early days we were finding it hard to source for leads and we had to pay 1000's of dollars to buy leads but with the zoominfo everything is robust nowadays they provide refreshed database of insights which in real time provides great results.It helps in closing deals and attaining their numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a must try robust tool which helps in maximizing the revenue for the sales by sourcing leads which convert to be a good prospect

Well-integrated, nice dashboards, SDRs like it

What do you like best about the product?
Our SDRs like the dashboard and ease of creating and editing salesflows as well as the ability to easily export contacts from LinkedIn using the Chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer doesn't allow to call multiple numbers for the same contact in a row which really slows down cold calling efforts by our SDRs. The reporting is abysmal - only available in a PDF that is not helpful to my leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have automated salesflows with multiple steps that can be customized by customer, rep, marketing campaign, etc. We have had multiple meetings result from these efforts in the first few weeks of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integration with ZoomInfo Sales OS is a key reason why we are using Engage vs. a competitor; if we switched to a different sales intelligence provider, we would likely look at Engage competitors as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the intent data and scoops feature a lot. I have set up alerts on our leadership team and sales team accounts for current clients and prospects and it is super helpful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo lags and the data for smaller businesses isn't that accurate. Those are the biggest complaints we get from our Sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring prospects and current customers' buying intent. We haven't seen any ROI yet, but we have booked meetings using contact information data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is pretty pricey, especially for smaller organizations. But, we have found the data is worth the investment, and the support we receive from our Account Management team has been exceptional. However, if you are an organization that targets smaller, private organizations (2-50 people) you should be aware that that data isn't always accurate because it is not as public. It can be very hit or miss. It isn't all bad, just something to consider.

I did not utilize it completely. as I wanted it.

Creating leads for my sales department with a more accurate hit rate means the correct person to speak to.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, being able to get information on what companies are visiting our website, and how often has helped me narrow my focus and personalize my outreach and content offerings. Also the phone numbers and emails are almost always correct, so I know that I'm not wasting my time when I make a call or send an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes some time to find "movers" and their contact information when they move to a new company. It would be great if, at the very least, people who have moved on from the company no longer show up as a current employee on that company's ZoomInfo page. I've also found that people who change roles within a company are not updated quickly. I have had prospects in my sequences who changed roles 2 years ago, but right now in ZoomInfo it still shows their old title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly helping me understand which accounts to target and at what time. It helps me prioritize my days and weeks by having real time data around who is visiting our website and what accounts are showing intent. The contact data is also pretty reliable, so I am saving time knowing I am reaching out to the correct people.

Amazing tool for outbound sales

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with chrome and every tool. You can fetch a person's email id phone numbers with just a click which is almost accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not include few accounts or companies details and the company acquiring data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm adding the prospects list every day to my outreach sequences it is very easy through LinkedIn sales navigator which helps to minimise the manual efforts of adding each prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good start to analyse and start with your accounts prospecting. I highly recommend it for your research
