Lots of information in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get mobile phone numbers. With Covid, most people are working remotely and it is hard to get them thru the main switchboard. Having the ability to get a contact's mobile number is a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a new user so the learning curve is steep. I think in time it will be a lot easier to use, but it is not as intuitive as I would like. That might be more of a personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contact in a business or several contacts to target setting up a call or a demo. Emails and phone numbers are the main things, company if is there as well and a great resource in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The tools and data that Zoominfo provides to zero-in on my target customers as well as the insights and industry news relating to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of Zoominfo and Engage could be better; though I imagine that's part of their roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right customers - in need and size - for our solution instead of blasting media and marketing out and hoping it hits the right people at the right companies

A great source of prospecting information

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the chrome extension that allows me to prospect on LinkedIn navigator, for example, and then click ZoomInfo, and if they have the information, it shows immediately. And if not, I can go to the company and replicate the email structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is very dated and irrelevant. Or it is very USA-focused so prospecting throughout Europe is sometimes a struggle. With this being said it feels like they are doing the best job possible with all the relevant data protection rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I can go about my prospecting and then check on Zoominfo if they have the relevant information.
2. I can use it as a prospecting tool because I can set parameters, and it will tell me which companies to look at.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find your own way to make the best use of it as we are all different.

Great information in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can find the information for a company on one page. The information is accurate and helpful in updating my database. This saves a lot of time of having to go between different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small non-profit organization, it is a bit costly and, unfortunately, does not integrate with our CRM system. When uploading lists and the filters are not what I needed, it uses up my credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending less time looking for company and contact information, able to find in one place. This allows us to build a better database.

Direct Dials, Mobile Numbers, better contact info
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a ton I don't like. I do wish that some info like tech profiles wasn't an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better contact info, and more direct contact info.

Great add-on for marketing and CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because of the straightforward way it allows us to view audience activity on our sales website and see who shows intent to make a purchase. Integrating it into our website has been easy; it has worked great and has allowed us to gather accurate customer and prospect information for our CRM. Best of all (for me), it integrates with Salesforce!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers or emails it provides are not up to date, although this is not something that happens constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped us monitor website audience behavior to collect accurate customer information. Its integration with Salesforce has reduced time and effort, especially in transcribing data to update our customer database. ZoomInfo helps simplify our day-to-day and has a more detailed overview of our customers and sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent platform for collecting customer and prospect contact data through different channels; it has highly complementary functions to marketing, customer management, and sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
the immediacy of info to my fingertips; I use it to brief me prior to any / all client visits. The ZoomInfo Scoops and news give me immediate talking points to share and start conversations. I work both Sales and Recruiting, so the ability to switch between both platforms on ZoomInfo is awesome as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
compared to utilizing Discover.org the Sales platform is often glitchy; searching can sometimes take longer than I was used to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are co. summaries; phone numbers, org charts. Problems are not being able to reach someone / resolve issues immediately.

Solid Tool for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo Chrome extension is extremely helpful when you're looking for company contact data. I have integrated Zoom into both LinkedIn SalesNavigator and Hubspot and exporting contacts into either is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all contacts/companies have valid information provided or, the emails provided are incorrect. And sometimes, when exporting, ZoomInfo fails to carry over all the data associated with the contact, so it becomes manual cleanup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes finding contact information considerably easier. It saves me time and effort daily, which helps with productivity and gains back much needed and valuable time.
