Detail Information in one Search

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very easy to configure and search for contacts, companies, and relevant information to allow the sales and marketing teams to generate actionable leads. The success rate for closing deals is much higher than on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that once a Topic Intent search is saved, there is no way to save advanced search with the Intent search. This forces me to redo the filters on my searches weekly and that is not fun. Would like the deve team to consider adding that feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm trying to gain access to actionable sales leads for the sales team, and so far, the results have been better than other methods. ZoomInfo augments our marketing efforts very well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it and see how easy it is to use and gather leads and market trend information.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has great information that can be leveraged during the sales process. It gives you data enrichment, and provides org charts & scoops to better personalize your outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo tends to glitch a lot. Some of the data is not completely accurate and I have to use another tool to compliment the gaps. Sometimes the omni bar doesn't work properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to export contacts with the salesnav/sales force integration. It's also easy to leverage scoops information to personalized your outreach to the right contact

Great database, all of the information under one roof!

What do you like best about the product?
You can find all information available on a company or contact in one page. Zoominfo saves a lot of time and capital as we do not need to spend a lot of resources on different platforms. It saves a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some flaws like with any other database platform, such as LinkedIn URLs of contacts are not updated or having a broken link. Another example would be that the location when compared with other reliable sources, seems different in some records. From time to time, we as users can update this information by suggesting an update option in Zoominfo, and frequent updates would also help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For starters, we have been spending a lot less time looking for information on a company or contact. Zoominfo gives all this information in one place, it provides us with the liberty to spend more time on things we could not find on Zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform can help you in many ways and in specific sales regions, where you can find a lot of information in one place. It can be used as a primary research tool and then any other platform can be used for secondary or more intense research if you are not able to find that information on Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accessibility to such a large amount of information and the user interface is very easy to use. The integration with engage is especially useful, as I can use engage to help manage my workload, and being able to import the contacts straight from ZoomInfo is seamless, 80% of the time, anyway. The range of information is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like more could be done for UK/EU contacts, sometimes the information is lacking, or incorrect, whereas US information tends to be a bit more accurate. Sometimes exporting to engage can be a bit buggy and the export will fail or take a very long time. Sometimes the information can be a year or more out of date. Engage's email writing capabilities could be a bit better, the formatting of emails can sometimes come out a bit weird, and the choice is fonts is frankly poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manually store information in excel is very useful. I can chop and change lists on the fly and don't have to go through and update contacts manually from lists permanently. Although I'm not a huge fan of the formatting capabilities in writing emails through engage, the mass mailing feature is very handy when I get to the end of my cadences as I can start to send large amounts of templates out to prospects that I'm not writing a personalized email to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stick with it, they are constantly developing the service. The products are excellent with some minor kinks, that I'm sure in the coming months are going to be ironed out. I think this will be one of the leading products in sales very soon.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have to pick something that I dislike ... and I do have to work hard to think of something .... I would say that it is frustrating that ZoomInfo makes you sit through a demo before you can see pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, ZoomInfo solves two problems. First, it gives me a fast and efficient way to filter down to the exact account profile AND persona profile that I am interested in reaching. Secondly, ZoomInfo continuously adds functionality to enable me to rank contacts based on who is most likely to buy from me ... not just who is most likely to buy, but who is most likely to buy from ME.

Zoom Info - Takes the Heavy Lifting out of Prospect List Building

What do you like best about the product?
I like how functional Zoom Info is. I primarily use it to build lists of contacts, and doing this is simple. It is fast, easy to use, and has extensive data. My experience is that the data is generally accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that there are several features that I do not use at all. So if I had to pick something that I dislike, I would note that I do not like how there are several options on Zoom Info that I simply never use, and so sometimes that info can get in the way and clutter my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is building lists to prospect potential new customers. I am able to quickly build a comprehensive list of prospects fairly easily and quickly. I am also able to access information that I was not aware was available. For example, I can search for all companies / contacts in a particular industry, and Zoom Info will provide the data, often surprising me with companies I was not aware of.

Excellent software for outbound prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
The access to direct emails and phone numbers including mobile lines. Since the COVID, work from home frequency has increased exponentialy, and the ability to reach mobile lines is key, especially in our industry when most of the prospects we speak with work remote. The interface is quite easy to learn and understand, which has been very helpful for the new members we brought onto our team. Additionally, Zoominfo Intent is great add on to target prospects which may be searching for services directly inline with what we offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary and only issue with Zoominfo is its lack of data for SMB customers. However, I believe this is due to the industry my company is in (eCommerce). For enterprise or mid-market level prospecting, Zoominfo is the best tool I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching our prospects directly through email or phone. Zoominfo offers the most accurate and comprehensive data for outbound prospecting. Without it, our connect rates would be much lower. Additionally, Zoominfo's intent allows us to work smarter and focus on our efforts on companies searching for services we offer.
