I've found the data in ZoomInfo to be largely accurate for the prospects I want to connect with.
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketer, being able to get information on what companies are visiting our website, and how often has helped me narrow my focus and personalize my outreach and content offerings. Also the phone numbers and emails are almost always correct, so I know that I'm not wasting my time when I make a call or send an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes some time to find "movers" and their contact information when they move to a new company. It would be great if, at the very least, people who have moved on from the company no longer show up as a current employee on that company's ZoomInfo page. I've also found that people who change roles within a company are not updated quickly. I have had prospects in my sequences who changed roles 2 years ago, but right now in ZoomInfo it still shows their old title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly helping me understand which accounts to target and at what time. It helps me prioritize my days and weeks by having real time data around who is visiting our website and what accounts are showing intent. The contact data is also pretty reliable, so I am saving time knowing I am reaching out to the correct people.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with chrome and every tool. You can fetch a person's email id phone numbers with just a click which is almost accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not include few accounts or companies details and the company acquiring data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm adding the prospects list every day to my outreach sequences it is very easy through LinkedIn sales navigator which helps to minimise the manual efforts of adding each prospect.

It's a good start to analyse and start with your accounts prospecting. I highly recommend it for your research

What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Zoominfo is that they have a very good research team that helps them to bring the best of real-time tested data, both emails and phone numbers are most of the time reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major dislike I have about ZoomInfo is that it is Expensive - The cost of the product is far more than their traditional competitors that are providing the same services and inbuild CRM integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me in providing good leads to the team of my Sales professionals. They are happy with the quality of leads that the product offers and this has positively helped the team.

Info can be bad sometimes, system sometimes confuses contacts with other commpanies

If I do not have the correct contact info for a prospect, Zoominfo 8 times out of 10 will have it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its integration with Salesforce isn't the greatest. I continually have to login into Zoominfo on each contact record to see their information rather than keeping me logged on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me quickly get the info I need on a prospect and more often than not they have additional info like alternative emails and phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has made a significant contribution to developing new prospects that fit our ICP guidelines, including revenue, number of employees, and technology infrastructure. With this platform, I increase sales productivity, scaling success quickly has been extraordinary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service takes a long time. Your contact details are not always up to date, especially with Linkedin.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has transcendentally supported the improvement of new advertisements that are adapted to our ICP prototypes, attached to the entries, the number of users and the technological services. It has also helped NOS to collect as much information as possible to search for new contacts within an organization. In addition, it has helped to obtain more potential consumers.

ZoomInfo has provided us with key elements to manage our customer data to make strategic marketing decisions and increase our sales. It provides us with detailed contact search options with a full description of contact information. Additionally, you can create B2B contact lists for sales and marketing campaigns and promotions. Today, it is a great option to identify and connect with customers and companies to increase the reach of our organizations. It has tools to create updated contact lists and prepares detailed reports based on the information collected that allows us to make decisions, that's why it's our favorite software.

I would guess that 10% or so of the downloaded contacts have email addresses that aren't good. That is a bit frustrating and I hope that they are then sent back to Zoom to be corrected.

Its extremely comprehensive in terms of contacts as well as providing company news. Additionally there are loads of ways to sort and export data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not the most up to date, though it is better then competitors. Additionally occasionally the search does not work as intended and the price is very steep.

It helps us source contact information to reach out to potential customers. It is extremely thorough and also has the added benefit of tracking industry trends/interests.
