What do you like best about the product?
The intent data is super awesome, you can check the intent data and dial your customers for upsell and cross sell
What do you dislike about the product?
they should be agrresive on the pricing, the mid size organization need budget tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solves the issue of Getting direct number and email id's. It also has company summary.

Sometimes the information is innacurate.

Zoominfo helps me gather all of the contact information I need when prospecting. Other platforms cannot compare.

Maybe the pricing can be neutralized a bit.

Qucik Research on contact details, Intel data about the company, Buyers intent helps in chanalising the reachout.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo, is the best platform for outbound activities and gives accurate numbers of the prospects. It is very easy to use just one click and you have the name, number and Email ID. The Customer Support team is very supportive too for any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there are gaps in contact level details and wrong numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping in reaching out to B2B customers of Freshworks in pitching our products/softwares by giving email id and numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helped us to pull out the contacts from Linkedin and use the intent of the organizations to target the right accounts that helped us in cracking named logos.
It was easy for us to integrate with Linkedin and the frequency of use of zoominfo has increased as we could access it with just one click.

It helped us in keeping track of the accounts and leads to see what product the account is interested in so we were able to prospect product wise by targeting the right personas.

Zoominfo also allows us to categorize the various lists of accounts if we are dealing with multiple products to pitch and reach out to relevant people for quick conversation and meetings.

The tool is user friendly and was easy for the team to implement and start using the tool.
The support from the team is also great when we reached out for resolving few queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its just the UI is cluttered and I believe that can be worked upon in the next update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The accuracy of phone numbers and email IDs is improving

User-friendly interface and comprehensive data, which greatly simplifies prospecting and outreach. Implementation & customer support stands out. I use zoominfo on a daily basis & have integrated with Linkedin to get the contact details of the customer instant which makes the lives more better

Occasional data inaccuracies and the cost could be more budget-friendly.

Zoominfo solves data accuracy issues, streamlines lead generation, and enhances outreach, saving time and improving our sales efficiency.
