Great tool for business professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Getting the email, direct phone, and mobile for most contacts and being able to see things like revenue and employee counts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the page would stay logged in on my PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find people on LinkedIn very easily, but I don't have their contact info, Zoom Info gets me that info!

What do you like best about the product?
Cellular numbers of contact's in the construction industry are invaluable, they have amazing answer rates and everyone uses their cell phones to communicate. That is only the tip of the iceberg there is tons of valuable information available. Every AE should have Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to import leads into Salesforce it won't add the mobile numbers only the office numbers on my current subscription level to Zoominfo, cell phone numbers are the most valuable piece of info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I prospect and the prospect name drops someone else within his organization I can look them up on the call and find their contact information so that I don't have to awkwardly ask them to spell out an email or phone number.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the information and contacts within this database seem to remain up-to-date and it does not include too many past-employees of various companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many filtering options that my concern while trying to cut down the number of people on a list is that I'm also cutting out highly valuable prospects as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped my team and I to get in contact with a higher volume of quality individuals in a fraction of the time that it would take to find on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to pull lists and integrate with my CRM, also their Intent page is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is not always accurate or up to date; sometimes, I have to double-check and verify against LinkedIn profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead pulls are great, and being able to find new contacts based on metros.

Good service, just beware that data isn't always up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Verified emails are almost always good. The phone numbers (mobile, direct, HQ) have been very accurate. We use it to import leads into SalesForce, which is helpful as it has direct integration. I also love the toolbar add on that allows you to use ZoomInfo on webpages.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustration is that the leads are not updated quickly: often 5+ months old information, but I've seen it up to a year plus. Additionally, this tool isn't made to pull bulk leads; it is pretty selective on the contacts it provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using it to qualify leads for connections and outreach. The best thing about the leads it does have is that the contact info is typically very accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It won't replace tools like LeadIQ/SalesNav when prospecting bulk leads, but it does provide quality info. Additionally, company info (HQ, Rev, etc.) is SUPER helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
On Zoominfo, I can put accurate filters for searching contacts; they have multiple filters for searching contacts for an ex. The person at HQ location, Accurate Employee Size, and Revenue size.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we did not get accurate data or updated data. Sometimes job title is not updated, and industry type are also we find incorrect, which impact our productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working as a marketer. The company has paid version of ZoomInfo; I can fetch 2000 contact in a month it helps to meet the target. And it allows us to increase our business.

My experience with Zoominfo has been unique; I was able to find out when people are looking for our services and reach out to them to close some business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have access to company information and get contact and role in overall organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that orgs that may have announced they are changing their management structure, i.e. LBrands breaking up, and Zoominfo freezing access to this information. We do not have access to information in the interim which is ridiculous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the riddle of organizations and how they are organized - who reports to whom, what technologies are incorporated, etc. It solves the problem of giving a glimpse into the company. I've realized the benefit of having account-specific detail.
ZomInfo has been a key tool in finding the contacts I need.
What do you like best about the product?
I like to pull contacts straight from LinkedIn and don't have to context switch. This functionality allows me to collect the people who I need to reach out to and move them directly to our CRM and our sales outreach tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having a limited amount of contact pulls because I have 300 accounts with multiple key players that I would like to have access to all their contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo shows me the type of technologies they are using and is another tool to finding other contacts within an account in addition to LinkedIn. It also shows the structure and hierarchy to understand who reports to who.
