Lead generation for both B2B and B2C made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that leads and contacts in the EMEA region for B2B are reliable. Most leads that are not on sales navigator and d&b can be found on zoominfo. It is really helpful in hitting the target sales. ZommIfo is intuitive. I used it daily and integrated with Salesforce. Customer support is open 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo will provide the headquarters contact number if it there is no contact number for a particular person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using zoominfo, we were always on crunchtime especially 2weeks before the end of each quarter. It suddenly changed when we used zoominfo. We were always hitting the sales target even before the end of the quarter.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's SalesOS is a fantastic tool. You simply input a person's name, and it swiftly provides you with their contact details, revenue figures, headcount information, website details, and more! It's effectively addressing the challenge of uncovering revenue and headcount data for my lead generation efforts. It has dramatically reduced the time required for my routine tasks from 3-5 minutes to a mere 30 seconds. I've gained significant time savings! The user-friendliness of SalesOS is unquestionably a major advantage!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company's listing on Zoominfo currently contains inaccurate information. None of the individuals listed as our "employees" are actually part of our organization. This situation has resulted in a significant amount of wasted time and resources, as we receive numerous unsolicited phone calls and emails from individuals looking for these unknown employees, which also affects Zoominfo's paying customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the problems that ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving for us:
• Finding the right prospects based on your ideal customer profile, using advanced filters and attributes.
• Getting direct phone numbers and verified email addresses of decision makers, without wasting time on gatekeepers or bounced emails.
• Engaging your prospects with personalized and automated phone and email campaigns, using native tools or integrations with your CRM or marketing automation platform
• Increasing your sales productivity and efficiency, by reducing manual work and streamlining your workflows.
• Improving your sales performance and results, by reaching more qualified leads and closing more deals.
• Enhancing your sales collaboration and alignment, by sharing data and feedback with your finance and business partners.
• Optimizing your sales strategy and decision making, by using data-driven insights and predictions.

Great experience - love the hot numbers and emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how contact information is highlighed in gray when the data isn't confirmed. This makes sending an email or making a phone call much more targeted when you know the data is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that stands out. Maybe a little more clarity into what the hot number/email actually means!

For me, ZoomInfo solves the problem of narrowing down which contacts are the best fit for my outreach. This helps me to research faster, leading to a more productive work day.
ZoomInfo - Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very easy to use and has a lot of great information on the account and contact level. I use this every day for sourcing leads and contacts within my prospective accounts. Searching by the company website is the easiest way to find the right account. I think it's updated pretty regularly and the scoring on a prospect level lets you know if they likely still work at the company or not. It integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce and I love how I can push a contact directly to our CRM - saves me a lot of time. It was simple to set up and the customer support team is great at answering questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any negatives - There are some phone numbers that turn out to not be accurate, but that's expected as that information can be difficult to get. All around good tool.

In the world of remote work, it can be hard to reach people. You can't just call the HQ number anymore to get transferred to their desk. Mobile numbers and direct lines are key here!

Zoom Info provides a list of all employees, including their titles and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havn't found any dislikes, the system is easy to navigate.

ZoomInfo is an essential for every Sales Rep!
What do you like best about the product?
I started my sales career at Oracle, where all we had were disjointed excel sheets and a CRM that was not up to date so finding contacts was extremely tedious. We would typically put together lists from the CRM and LinkedIn, which would take about an hour or so then have to "guess" each of their emails which took even longer. With ZoomInfo, I can quickly pull the contacts I need into lists and it easily integrates into our CRM as well as LinkedIn. It also provides great insights on company financials, buying alerts, company size, etc. to make it easier for account targetting.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo does have trouble pulling newly hired contacts (within the last 3 months) even if they updated their LinkedIn long before and those are often the best people to reach out to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier to find + build lead lists for prospecting, up to date contact information for the accounts I manage, and better Account Targetting for Outbounding

The concept. It takes the most time consuming aspect of any sales cycle and does it for you.

Sometimes the information I find is incorrect.
