All the power Half the complexity
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use of the platform is refreshing. Unlike most CRM platforms Engage has a very simple user interface. It is very intuitive to get started. But don't let the simplicity fool you it is extremely powerful in its ability to automate next actions and build salesflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the integration between Engage and Zoominfo was more seemless and at a discount. From what I understand of the system, you can mark contacts for exporting into Engage from Zoominfo still requires a manual process and counts as a 1 to 1 credit against your account total. It would be nice if the data synced over to Engage and was at half a credit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the subscription model we have Engage was included in our package. This removed the need to also purchase a subscription to an autoresponder platform like mailchimp or CRM like intercom. Engage allows us to build sophisticated email flows that also integrate with our phone system, so multiple phased salesflows include phone and email communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy-to-use CRM that has tons of upside with building drop and drag-style automation flows, then Engage is for you. It is not nearly as complicated to setup and get started as some of the more well-known competitors.
Always reliable to find new leads
What do you like best about the product?
It saved me so many times and created valuable opportunities for the companies as I could find the right mobile number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find European leads vs. US based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to find leads, contact details and it's super fast and user friendly to save the into SFDC.
Great data, but less than ideal user expereicne
What do you like best about the product?
The dataset is generally pretty useful, especially for finding emails and phone numbers. If you have a lead in mind, ZoomInfo generally has that individual's email and phone number available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two main issues relate to (i) the user interface / user experience, and (ii) the data outside of emails/phone numbers.
On the user experience, the navigation and search is not very intuitive, and it can be frustrating to navigate. It takes a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to do some basic things.
On the data besides emails/phone numbers, this data tends to be less reliable (for things like revenue, employee count, sometimes even headquarters).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo to identify leads and their emails/phone numbers so that we can drop them into our marketing automation funnels. If you have a list companies and/or leads, ZoomInfo is great for simply dropping them in and getting the right emails back. It's less useful when searching for leads, but it generally gets the job done.

ZoomInfo Increased Prospecting and Data Enrichment for our CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Our Sales team enjoys ZoomInfo's easy to navigate Google extension when prospecting and being able to sync data directly into our CRM platform, Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alexa Rank is part of our core business process of prospecting for new customers and clients to ensure that they're the right fit for our products and services. However, the Alexa Rank enrichment from Zoominfo is updated quarterly as opposed to a more frequent sync cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly data enrichment into our CRM platform and allowing users to update data in ZoomInfo as needed. This allows our Sales reps to ensure data in both ZoomInfo and CRM are up-to-date.
Account/Prospect Insights - Great Business Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
The things we use ZoomInfo for most commonly: one-off searching prospects for correct contact data, comprehensive account insights like an overview of the account, org charts, technologies, similar companies, employee growth rate, etc. We also use it for mass exporting contacts to our CRM, which is a massive benefit of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the data is not always up to date, frequently has employees missing, and often doesn't have very complete org charts for companies. There also should be a capability to mark a number as right or wrong so they will update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting. Account insights. Lots of benefits around understanding a company's tool stack, org chart, getting individual contact details, exporting people to CRM quickly without having to add each persons contact info on a SFDC page, etc.

Amount of contacts/companies, completeness of data, filtering capabilities

Some states have more complete data (phone #'s and emails) over other states. Not sure why.

Try it out, compare it to other tools in the market, you will notice how much bigger and better Zoominfo is.
Zoominfo is the hub for reliable contact information
What do you like best about the product?
I like the accuracy of the phone numbers, emails, addresses, org structures, and technologies used. All these help me build out accounts and reach out to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is slow to load sometimes. I refresh Zoominfo more than any other app in my day-to-day. Also, I don't particularly appreciate that the search function doesn't recognize "Chris" also to be "Christopher" or "Michael" to be "Mike". You have to get the name exactly right, which is frustrating. Lastly, a lot of the org chart data is out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not finding prospects' phone numbers or emails. Zoominfo gives us access to this information, allowing us to reach out to people. We have booked countless meetings using the contact info found in Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature would be the ability to use the extension to export directly to update a contact with new and better information. I've used other services before and the quality of Zoominfo's information (particularly emails) is better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo bundles departments under one entity. Instead of having a separate section for say Parks and Recreation (or even sometimes a school district), it will umbrella the employees as being all from the main government. I've found this to be true of other private sector entities as well especially those with branch locations. This is a minor issue if you work with both automation and hand cleaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing information would be our key problem to solve. Hard to find emails or direct phone numbers that have been easily located with Zoominfo are leading to more booked meetings.

Know that different features require different subscription plans.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is working very fine for me and there are a lot of features that I like best, the most important feature that I like the most is the ZoomInfo Scope future, this is regularly updated by ZoomInfo and I can see the important information related to a particular company, I can get information related to pain pint, projects and funding, hence this is the most important feature and I like this the best.

Despite the fact, ZoomInfo is the best platform for the database but the licence price of this platform is really very high and this is the only thing that I dislike and if I will compare this with the other platform I must say this is really very expensive database platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving many problems for me related to sales and business development, I am getting business emails, business direct phone numbers, ZoomInfo intent, ZoomInfo scoops, and many more like advance filter features as well, hence these are the main problem I am solving with the ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is really very useful, I definitely asked my all connection and all the other contacts out there to try this out, this platform is really very usefull.
