Zoominfo is great
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a great tool that integrates well with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and my other prospecting tools. It's invaluable in identifying company org structures, finding contact information, and establishing relationships between key decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always as comprehensive or accurate as I would like. I often find individuals who have left organizations with their data still attached to the org, when it can be found publicly online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving my issue with finding people's names and email addresses to add to sourced lists, prospecting efforts, and making connections in leadership. I'm able to save time guessing or sourcing emails through other methods.
Easy to administer
What do you like best about the product?
I manage day-to-day provisioning for ZoomInfo, which is easy to administer. Our CSM (Zach) is also a fantastic resource and meets with us biweekly to help us understand and optimize credit usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo's user interface can feel a bit complex at first glance, but once you learn the basics it's not very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo for enriching accounts and contacts in SFDC.
Very informative, been using a competitor product and works side by side with multiple integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to use SFDC integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login process is a little tedious, and the mobile app doesn't work in South Africa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see which contacts have information updated allows for easier connection.
Zoominfo - A one stop solution for your Database Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a tool to build a rich database and start your calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn connections within a minimal timeframe. Zoominfo provides an incredible variety of filters to segregate and filter out the needed database. I would recommend it to every person who is in inside sales and business development work as it is a significant factor which improves the ability and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we do not get the exact person over ZoomInfo. Other than this, there is nothing to dislike in the Zoominfo software as it serves the purpose significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I solve with Zoominfo are that it helps me create, design, and execute my campaigns. The database quality I get is rich and allows me to engage with more people. It has numerous filters, which helps me get the exact data set I want within a given time frame.

I strongly recommend it.

I would love it to be cheaper, but it is nonetheless a great value ;-)

We have much better insight into our clients, better contact info, and through "Scoops," more behind the scenes intelligence
Great platform for getting the right data for your business
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about zoominfo is that how easy it is to use for getting the data that we need. That includes finding the right contacts for your business for lead generation or demand generation and getting the website insights "Websights" finding you to target the right audience for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of the data is not 100% accurate as we have been receiving some of the dead leads for ABM approach- on some of the accounts which are inactive. Improving this can result the business to be a top leader in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to gather the data which should be related to our industry and then target them via ABM (Our top priority accounts) or email marketing. Doing so developing a good amount of database in our system to target those people. It also helps you find out who has been visiting your website so that you can easily target those people
zoom info is good for taking information to business people and companies, It is best for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is good basically for the sales team It gives the contact information and organization details to the salesperson.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a developer and when I used 2 ZoomInfo form code on one page at that time it will not work for me only this is the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has made my work easy, even though I have less form fields, I can get more and more information about the user.

Powerful and Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely powerful tool for BD as well as recruiting with the most up-to-date information I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little sloppy search features and very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the best contact information for people. Especially helpful with so many remote workers.

There are cheaper options, but have not found an option as powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use of the platform is refreshing. Unlike most CRM platforms Engage has a very simple user interface. It is very intuitive to get started. But don't let the simplicity fool you it is extremely powerful in its ability to automate next actions and build salesflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the integration between Engage and Zoominfo was more seemless and at a discount. From what I understand of the system, you can mark contacts for exporting into Engage from Zoominfo still requires a manual process and counts as a 1 to 1 credit against your account total. It would be nice if the data synced over to Engage and was at half a credit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the subscription model we have Engage was included in our package. This removed the need to also purchase a subscription to an autoresponder platform like mailchimp or CRM like intercom. Engage allows us to build sophisticated email flows that also integrate with our phone system, so multiple phased salesflows include phone and email communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy-to-use CRM that has tons of upside with building drop and drag-style automation flows, then Engage is for you. It is not nearly as complicated to setup and get started as some of the more well-known competitors.
