Great tool for surfacing new potential leads

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good tool to help the sales and marketing teams run basic outreach campaigns. I like that you can easily import zoominfo lists that you've built out for campaigns and that you can create salesflows and templates for emails. Building the salesflows / campaigns is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is obviously still a work in progress. A lot of the features break and have bugs - so many that I am reaching out to support around once a week or every two weeks with another bug - bulk enrolling contacts into the salesflows has been an issue that I've encoundered too many times to count. Also some areas such as the filtering and analytics just aren't up to par with the filtering of contacts and reporting we'd like to do for the campaigns. I've only really used the email features so I can't really speak to the calling side of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold email outreach, bulk emailing for sales campaigns, automating cold email outreach, organizing database of contacts that we aren't yet ready to bring into our hubspot account. Overall, it has been a good way of reaching out to cold contacts and keeping them separate from the contacts that we would consider to be warmer leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait until this tool is built out a little more unless you are okay with dealing with bugs and issues here and there. Some support is able to help fix and others can take a few weeks before they are fixed if it is a deeper issue that the engineering team has to get more involved in.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to learn and use
Affordable in terms of pricing
Great customer support who frequently check in with us for any queries/ questions we might have
Filter option is great - company, region, job title, function feature
Helpful for creating target lists
Provides trustworthy contact lists at a low price
Helps in the lead generation process
Automatic list creation with details like revenue, employee size, country, designation helps to filter out the lists. as per our requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
The export list option is a bit confusing as it is not on the front page
Sometimes numbers/email ids are not direct ones but instead board line numbers.
As it is based on a credit system, you might want to pull a long list and lose out of credits midway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get contacts of new prospects
Create a new target list for email campaigns
Target list for social campaigns.
Reduce bounce rates of emails
Find contact numbers/email ids
Data enrichment purpose for any organisation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good and easy to use product
If you want to create target lists faster and at low expenses, this is a good tool.
The customer support team is helpful and supportive
Recommended if looking for sales prospecting and finding new potential clients.
The filters by company and contact search are helpful to find exactly what you want.
Useful for both sales and marketing teams.
Export to Salesforce is a great feature as it reduces manual list exporting and uploading efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been incredibly helpful with connecting with the correct people, building analytics using their "Websights" feature as well as using "Engage" to assist our team with organizing their sales-flow for better growth. We are very excited to see how ZoomInfo will help us move forward
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is a bit intimidating initially as there is A LOT of information, options, etc. It also has been mildly glitchy and required the use of incognito mode in chrome to sort some glitches out. It is relatively expensive compared to other softwares; however we are still yet to use it to its full capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building analytics, widening our sales penetration by contacting folks outside of our traditional sales territory, utilizing engage to make our sales process more efficient and effective.

ZoomInfo Makes Research So Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
While working in Salesforce, I can quickly jump over to ZoomInfo and find a decision-maker that I need with name, title, multiple locations, and direct phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like when phone numbers are incorrect or an employee has left the company and the new hire is not updated. More frequent updates in the database to keep information current would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding current decision-makers at companies that my clients want to do business with makes my day more productive. Having direct phone numbers and addresses helps assist with getting closer to a sales call.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a great hub for all of the information that I need for my team to prospect for sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the information is outdated, however that's to be expected with people moving around a lot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can cut down the prospecting time by accessing all the necessary information efficiently through the Zoominfo platform. We're able to quickly understand who the decision-makers are and how to contact them.

What do you like best about the product?
The personal cell phone/email date is so accurate and up to date. I never have to worry if I will be reaching out to the wrong person, as the info is just that good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people do not have info, however I would rather have all accurate info instead of just "guessing". I wish there were more business phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold outreach has become much more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to get direct lines and cells so actually be able to get ahold of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not always accurate more times than not it is, but some times contact info is missing or just wrong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot higher pick-up rate thanks to ZoomInfo. This has allowed me to set more meetings and hit my numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's data accuracy & intent features are top knotch. It gives our sales team an edge to strike the opportunities at the best time possible. We saw about a 86% delivered rate, and 14% would bounce just for reference. I believe those numbers are pretty solid overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales process is painful. It's always games to get pricing. The $39,000 package is now $12,000, can you sign today, oh we can't get to $10,000. The next week sign for $10,000. I wish we just knew what the pricing is so we can make a decision instead of the constant run around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best time to present a solution to a business. The intent data will show which companies are looking for our service. We used this along with the organization chart to connect with the best contacts.
