What do you like best about the product?
Excellent product, even better customer service. Integrates seemlessly into Salesforce and saves us time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about ZI. If anything it can be difficult to keep up with all of the innovations and new features that they roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding time to market bu collapsing our research cycle. Keeping accounts and contacts current is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
The product set we've leveraged are decent. They're providing us the ability to acquire contact information that is helpful us propel our own sales process forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chorus is lacking. It's difficult to leverage data in a way that is meaningful without combing through every individual transcript. Everything appears to be done at a "Topic" level, which is too broad/vague to really make things interesting.

Sales process was aggressive, products were marketed to be more than they actually are. They're still good, just not as good as we were led to believe.

Support process is not good. I made some requests 3 weeks, and thus far none of my support items have been addressed and in some circumstances, I've been completely ignored.. There's no good reason that I should have to push this hard for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our CRM more robust for the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has incredibly valuable, easy to access, real-time data about companies and individuals within those companies that can help targeted prospecting. It's simple to set filters and parameters based on the verticals you're focusing on and set up update emails to alert you when new data is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options it can be overwhelming initially, to determine how to best find the content you need. However, there are valuable trainings and account managers to assist and answer many of the questions that come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our company locate leads, determine industry trends and access contact information for decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
At Elite Printing and Packaging, we have used other software but have had the best experience with ZoomInfo Sales & Engage. It makes it so much easier to find quality leads, while supplying who has visited our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have a CRM within the software.

Better leads, with quicker responses from leads.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any disadvantages to using ZoomInfo.

In my role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), my primary responsibility is to follow up on marketing leads generated from online web forms. ZoomInfo is an invaluable tool for me in this role as it not only provides me with the information that may not have been included in the initial form submissions but also helps me verify the accuracy of the information that was provided. I often use ZoomInfo to delve into organizational hierarchies and obtain direct phone numbers, allowing me to gather additional information and ensure the accuracy of the data I have been given.

What do you like best about the product?
IT decreases the amount of time it takes me to reserch a contact or company greatly and increases my efficency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine could have more catagories for companies and better ways to drill down into sub sects of industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, zoominfo really cuts that time down and helps me find qualified leads to email and call.

What do you like best about the product?
The information is correct 95% of the time and it is extremely easy to use even from the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
5% of the time the information is incorrect or not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of haveing to do different searches on different site to get the information you are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find contact information for my LinkedIn connections effortlessly. The database is very robust and I successfully use it every day. Thankfully, my current company and my previous employer had given me access to this excellent tool for business development, which has enabled me to contribute to my company's success in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about ZoomInfo Sales. The product is intuitive & easy to use and requires zero training. Implementation was a breeze and the support team is always at ready, when needed. The HubSpot integration assists me with focusing on new business and not tripping over other Channel Managers that may have already established relationships within accounts, saving precious time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding correct contact information for my LinkedIn connections, which enables me to reach out to them efficiently, saving time.

I like the Chrome Extension that you all offer, as well as the overall functionaility of the tool
