Essential Tool for Finding and Completing Prospect Information

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to fill in missing prospect information or to discover new prospects. The HubSpot integration is a great feature as well. The platform is very user-friendly and straightforward to implement, making the whole process smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may reduce the number of calls you are able to make in a single day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me correct inaccurate contact information by updating phone numbers and email addresses. Additionally, it provides access to C-level contacts at the companies I am trying to reach.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how ZoomInfo Sales significantly enhances my role in sales by enabling quick and efficient account reach and contact discovery, which helps maintain a strong and accurate pipeline. The ability to rely on a single platform for contact data, rather than juggling multiple sources, makes my tasks much more organized and efficient. I like how ZoomInfo Sales transforms what could be a cumbersome process into one that is streamlined and efficient. Additionally, I am fond of its integration with Salesforce, which ensures data remains clean and minimizes the need for manual re-entry. This integration greatly facilitates my workflow and underscores the platform's value to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been cases where the contact information is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on ZoomInfo Sales to quickly perform account research and prospect contact discovery, integrating with Salesforce to maintain clean data without manual re-entry, ensuring an efficient and accurate pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to get details while doing cold outreach. Help me with direct line, phone number,Mobile number & email address as well
What do you dislike about the product?
This gives all the information, but only 60% is correct; the remaining is incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find POC at different organisations. This benefits me by increasing my business's sales.

What do you like best about the product?
For B2B prospecting, nobody else gives you this much enriched firmographic + contact data in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
The base price is fairly high for many sales teams you’re looking at serious spending to get value. For smaller teams (like if you’re one or two reps, or working niche markets like raw ingredients) it can feel heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many companies have outdated lead/contact records, duplicate entries, or missing firmographic info. ZoomInfo allows you to enrich existing contacts and clean up your CRM

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a significant amount of data when researching accounts to prospect into. I really like the ability to filter contact titles and locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand this is somewhat subjective - but I do wish the data was more accurate and could be counted on a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to have multiple contacts within an organization to reach out to that I don't normally have access to. It's great to not feel like you have one shot at prospecting into an account.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that ZoomInfo Sales offers one of the best interfaces in the industry, which enhances user experience through ease of use and intuitive navigation. Its integration capabilities, particularly with HubSpot, are extremely smooth, making it simple to set up and ensuring it works seamlessly across all users. The size of its database is impressive, providing extensive resources and information that are crucial for enriching our CRM and finding prospects effectively. These aspects make ZoomInfo Sales a powerful tool for managing sales operations more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is attempting to become an all-encompassing product by incorporating CRM and other marketing tools, which has diluted its core functionality. Additionally, after being acquired by DiscoverOrg, the quality of contact information deteriorated significantly. The company also raised their prices considerably, making the service less accessible, particularly for small businesses, and leading us to discontinue using it. The contract includes an automatic renewal clause that you must actively request to have removed, which adds to the inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used ZoomInfo Sales to enrich our CRM and find prospects, helping us identify key contacts and missing contact fields efficiently.

Comprehensive, Accurate Data with an Intuitive Interface

What do you like best about the product?
It's the most comprehensive database for finding accounts and contacts for our outbound efforts. I can trust that the data I'm pulling will be robust and accurate, and the interface is incredibly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all database tools, you have to understand that the contact data won't be 100% accurate. That's not really a ZoomInfo problem, but a tools problem in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only can we get a look at our entire ICP with their list builder, we can also see who is outside of our vision with tools like Intent and Websights. ZoomInfo gives us the full picture of who we should be targeting from an outbound perspective to help us drive pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can such detailed information about companies and contacts. My team uses it almost daily to help with sales and business development. The ZoomInfo staff is so easy to work with and the platform is constantly being updated with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to click on a tag on a company profile to then see the full tag list. It would also be nice to see websight location on the company profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has given us a tool to broaden our sales and marketing tactics for business development, expanding our existing customer base, and finding new leads. The platform gives us data like websights, intent, scoops, locations in one easy spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo Sales incredibly effective in automating campaigns and streamlining our customer outreach process. It allows me to create a broad reach when seeking new customers and narrows down the most appropriate contacts to focus on, which makes our efforts much more targeted and efficient compared to the manual processes we used before. The A/B testing workflows are fantastic, providing valuable insights into which email strategies work best. Using the analytics feature, I can see who opens and replies to emails, ensuring we focus on the right contacts. Copilot, SalesLoft, and Engage are among the features I appreciate for their effectiveness in improving our outreach strategies. Streaming intent and regular intent really help in identifying potential customers effectively. All aspects of the software aid in elevating our customer outreach strategy, and I've found everything to work really well, contributing significantly to our business prospects. The initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales was as easy as it gets, contributing to its efficiency and usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure how to answer that because I really like everything about the platform.

As with any data platform, there are times when contact accuracy fluctuates or some specialized industries seem less represented. While this isn’t a major issue, my team does sometimes need to verify a record before reaching out. However, ZoomInfo is always evolving, and its overall depth and reliability continue to surpass any other solution we’ve tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has truly simplified the process of prospecting and territory planning for my team. Rather than wasting time on unreliable data, outdated contacts, or making guesses about who is actually in-market, we now have a clear and prioritized understanding of where to focus our efforts. The blend of accurate data, buying signals, and enrichment has made our outbound activities more efficient, sped up our follow-up, and revealed opportunities we might have otherwise overlooked. As a result, we’ve seen greater efficiency, higher conversion rates, and much better insight into our total addressable market.
