Zoominfo is one of our secret sauces

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's data accuracy & intent features are top knotch. It gives our sales team an edge to strike the opportunities at the best time possible. We saw about a 86% delivered rate, and 14% would bounce just for reference. I believe those numbers are pretty solid overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales process is painful. It's always games to get pricing. The $39,000 package is now $12,000, can you sign today, oh we can't get to $10,000. The next week sign for $10,000. I wish we just knew what the pricing is so we can make a decision instead of the constant run around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best time to present a solution to a business. The intent data will show which companies are looking for our service. We used this along with the organization chart to connect with the best contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your own due dilligence on pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful finding prospects and their contact info love how easy it is to use and usually helps me find the people I need to get in contact with the companies who are looking for our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant always find every small business owner I need those small businesses tend to be less findable compared to the bigger companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it as an everyday ADR who is looking to find alternate numbers or proper contact info with the customers who are looking for our products

What do you like best about the product?
The application is a very robust toolset for any sized sales/marketing department. The amount of detail supplied is quite impressive. Whether it be single one-off look-ups of contacts or a full-fledged vertical/used technology campaign the information is reliable. And that is all that matters at the end of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The enforcement of licensing is a bit cumbersome. The strict limit on users' monthly credits is daunting when attempting to do campaigns. There should be ways to do an enterprise license model or the ability to use other's unused licenses instead of ONLY using a per-user max limit of 1000 monthly exports. They appear to be pushing users to purchase bulk licenses, which is an additional fee on top of the pretty steep price tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to reach cold leads is the easiest it's ever been with using this platform. Giving us the ability to filter down to particular groups of organizations and giving us the ability to import org and contact-based information into our CRM seamlessly cuts the lead gen time down significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo, unlike competing products, actually provides the data necessary to make good connections with prospects. Information is clearly displayed; I found it to be not only abundant but accurate and up to date as well. Nearly 90% of all leads had a contact phone number as compared to other services who claim to be competitors of Zoominfo who were in and around the 30%-40% range.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can feel a tad overwhelming as there is a LOT of information displayed at one time. Having an abundance of information is not necessarily a bad thing, but I would prefer the option to customize what I see there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives our sales team the ability to get access to contacts whom we would otherwise have a ton of difficulty in identifying. Their data matches us up with the types of companies and the appropriate connections that we're seeking. Their ability to dial down and provide not only company and contact info but personal emails and phone numbers is a phenomenal boost for productivity and success.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are competitors out there who are cheaper and make claims that they have a competitive product. We made the mistake of going that route and nearly instantly regretted it. If you're going to shop around, don't do it solely on price because you will get what you pay for. We received inferior data, which often had missing information and actually forced us to have to do more work instead of saving us time and getting our sales rolling.

What do you like best about the product?
Size of their database, constantly reviewing and refreshing contact info, company hierarchy charts, product and service insights, Integration with Salesforce and Outreach to export contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, the data can't always be 100% accurate or up to date, but I think ZoomInfo does a better job than most databases of keeping their data current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deduping of leads, appending company and contact info on leads/contacts in our CRM, general prospecting of new leads,

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy to prospect and find a good contact within a company. Love that it integrates with hubspot!
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of times it stops working or takes forever to load. It really slows me down during call blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps find good contact information within a company and helps me get ahold of the people I need to speak with.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it gave a well rounded overview of the company (what they do, where they are located, their industry), contact info (who the executive are) and employee numbers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the contact information they had was inaccurate or not updated. Sometimes they also lacked the correct number of employees or basic information like that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of understanding the type of company it is, and the people that we should be contacting in regards to the sale conversation we want to have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
i would 100% use zoominfo when you are searching for leads and making your contact lists

What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of companies accompanied by the depth of employee contact info.
Managing company "scoops" is a terrific way to stay in-tune with changes, needs and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typing a company or employee and then hitting enter does NOT automatically go to that record, one must wait for that contact to load. Other applications do not force the loading before returning the request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PROBLEMS BEING SOLVED:
- prospecting across multiple departments and org. chart levels.
- contact info for mobile is KEY
- new events / scoops help uncover unpublished opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
- Ability to have it as a shortcut on my Google Chrome to quick pull from any page, especially Salesforce
- Easy to bulk upload contact #'s for an account through the salesforce integration
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes, you can run into accounts that the estimated revenue is way off, in addition to there not being as frequent of updates to contacts
