What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to prospect new accounts while filtering out accounts that are already in my salesforce. This makes the process super smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. Sometimes the information is in correct. Maybe an integration with Linkedin will help keep updated titles and emails

What do you like best about the product?
I don't want to spend all of my time researching contact information. As a BDR, I need to use my time actually curating specific contact lists and ZoomInfo helps me to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see occasionally is that some updates are missing, but they are added pretty quickly after I make a request for a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love ZoomInfo for intent data. I've gotten a lot of meetings from it this past year. My team is now using the chat feature for our company and I'm booking at least 1-2 inbound meetings from chat alone.
Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great search functionality, important contact information for prospecting and new features that show if contacts are more likely to respond. I would not be as successful without this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of anything at the moment to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to get the right contacts for recruiting/sales purposes. I can find key hiring managers, heiarchy, and information about the company very quickly.
Zoom Provides Accurate Information for Ideal Targets
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been very accurate for me providing a detailed list of employees . It has been easy to use and figure out without a formal training. We can set up specifc target lists in our prospecting territories and ahve automated emails sent daily. Not only can you get personal information but it will also provide you with a link to that individuals Linkedin page. Also, New feature that provides more accurate info on who answeres via email and cell is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. So fare I do not have any complaints about zoom info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info is providing a detailed list of prospects that I would otherwise be looking on google. This provides companies that might not come up quickly during an online search, especially companies that have a smaller revenue stream.

What do you like best about the product?
I love ZoomInfo while prospecting. Pulling prospects from organizations I feel would be a good fit to partner is made simple. Account locations and hierarchy is a great tool to better understand the organizations to create a more personal message. Probably my favorite is Intent. Locking down prospects that may already be searching for my products is crucial and has brought significant revenue to the table, otherwise not gained.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all information is accurate. It gets you close enough to be dangerous and grow your sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy access to hierachy of an organization. high level contacts. Intent scores showing who in the market is already interested in my services.
A Powerful Prospecting Tool - ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo makes it very easy to import contacts/leads into your CRM (SFDC). They also have very up-to-date contact information, including mobile numbers, for prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information isn't available. Other times, the contact info is there, but when you export the prospect as a contact/lead to CRM, it doesn't always pull their information. It's easy to copy and paste when this happens, but it's a manual step.

Getting the correct contact information for prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of ZoomInfo SalesOS is its comprehensive data-driven insights, which empower sales teams to target prospects more effectively and close deals faster. I'm a big fan of being able to easily sort by "likely to engage by phone" or "by email", and it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact info is out of date or incorrect, especially at companies that may use varying email formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has dramatically streamlined our lead generation and prospecting process. Our outreach has become more targeted and effective. This has not only led to higher conversion rates but also saved us a significant amount of time in the research phase. It's been an essential tool for driving our sales growth.
Amazing info all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing information all stored in one place. I love that you can break down every aspect of your search to reall hone in on exactly what info you are after. It is ultra easy to use and learn very quickly. I use it almost every single day for a plethora of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is I wish I had more credits or they had a breakdown of what information costs what number of credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If shows every job title, name of contact, and company. Has so many numbers and email addresses as well. It helps navigate a crazy hard sales process with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations into salesforce is a nice touch which allows me to import contacts straight from zoominfo. The chrome extension also makes it easy to find contact information on linkedin. Overall zoominfo is a necessary tool for sales individuals, it streamlines the prospecting status.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dislike about zoominfo is sometimes I will get inaccurate information, like a bad mobile number for a prospect. But, that's to be expected. It doesn't happen too often but that's the only dislike I have.

Verifying phone numbers and emails that streamline the sales prospecting stage.

Helpful to identify the various personas that I need to connect with to review their account and pitch them our business solutions.

I know there's a lot of features that I may not be utilizing, but the ones I do use are tremendously helpful.

Locating the various personas within an organization that we need to prospect to. This helps me to target the ideal personas for the various solutions we offer.
