The missing puzzle piece
What do you like best about the product?
I am constantly using ZoomInfo in my position. I often find contacts missing contact information where ZoomInfo fills in the blanks. I use lists to get prospects and I use the company information to gather details into profits and employee count. I don't think I could go a day without using this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I do not like is having to constantly log back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the missing data and company information that I am looking for in the contacts I am prospecting.
The ultimate sales tool for any sales team
What do you like best about the product?
While the database of companies and contacts is top-notch, it's the scoops (news/intel on companies that really appeals to me). The scoops keeps you up to speed on anything noteworthy happening with a specific company (projects, funding, hiring news, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't a single thing I've found that I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales OS. If I had to pick something, it'd be that I'd like to see more updates to contacts/companies (i.e. if a contact moves to a new company, I'd like to see that updated as quickly as possible).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's speeding up my prospecting activities. I am able to get information on a contact much quicker than if I was looking through LinkedIn SalesNavigator.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use. I am able to source contact info while calling in outreach using the chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not the most up to date info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed, efficiency, and access.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to get the phone numbers and emails for decision-makers and easily import them to my CRM.
I couldn't imagine being in a sales role without this tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Often times company data lags behind changes - for example there's often contacts listed who've left their firm 12+ months prior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping find prospects who aren't on LinkedIn or with incomplete contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I can utilize it to reach out to prosepcts that I may have the wrong information for in Salesforce, or it may be outdated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly do not know of any downsides besides the prospect asking how I found their contact info.

Correct and updated contact information

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful piece of Zoominfo to our company is the Intent search. This allows companies who have the need for your services to be identified without cold calling because they are looking for you. Building a list that gets emailed to you on a schedule helps you stay current with companies and contacts that are additions into your territory. The Knowledge canter and available Webinars are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Sales OS is sometimes the email addresses are not correct. Also when searching locations and Heirarchy you can only drill down so far and contacts are available in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The immediate problem that is being solved is Zoominfo has taken out the cold calling aspect of Business Development. Our company can target customers who are looking for our services and help us close projects on the low hanging fruit.

ZoomInfo has become a essential part of our process here, to helps us identify the correct information when attacking leads and decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information isn't correct, but in a perfect world everything would be perfect!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct information across the board for leads and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to find employees within companies and track my interactions through the sales process. I like being able to customize work flows, record notes regarding conversations etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contacts are outdated. Some companies don't have any contacts, or are missing email addresses. Sometimes Sales OS will say contacted last none but when I click on contacts I have one of the employees in a work flow and have contacted them already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of finding companies and contacts to go after for potential sales, and keep track of all my contacts and history of what interactions we've had.

gets numbers, emails and role. Sometimes it's hard to find there LN but Zoom info finds it

sometimes gets the wrong numbers, which is fine since most numbers are accurate

The feature functionalities along with the accuracy rate of the information is terrific!

I feel the inability to export a whole search list together is a draw back. You need to select them page by page which is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find people in an organisation who wouldn't be on Linkedin. This way I find my ICP and channel my efforts rightly. Along with it gives me their contact details, linkedin profiles and sometime FB & Twitter handles as well.
