ZoomInfo SalesOS helped me surpass my quota!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo SalesOS is the ability to find contacts cell phone numbers so that I can get a hold of the correct DM.
Also, being able to easily and seamlessly create new saved searches so I can laser focus my segmentation and prospecting, is amazing!

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the intent buckets and lists section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem ZI is solving is not getting the correct DM phone numbers and not being able to easily apply filters to searches to find new accounts.

My experience with Zoominfo as a BDR
What do you like best about the product?
I find zoominfo to be very helpful when it comes to contact info. When it comes to phone numbers and emails there is nothing like zoominfo. It makes prospecting and finding client info a breeze. Such a helpful tool for outreach and a real need for anyone who is a bdr.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about zoominfo is that sometimes old contacts at a company are still featured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves my outreach with clients. Such a must-have when it comes to mining data for leads and people to reach out to.

The accuracy of the the data is second to none. I have up to date and accurate info at my disposal at any given moment.

Sometimes the OS will lag, but for the most part its pretty good. No complaints

It helps me find leads with the correct information and gives me the mobile and direct phone numbers to call. We do extensive account research into company financials and ZoomInfo does the job with this

I've been leveraging ZoomInfo for years and I really like the direction they're doing with SalesOS. The platform is intuitive and provides a wealth of info on stakeholders, organizations technology stack and buying triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they would have more info on the specific security tooling organizations leverage. Other than that it's been a great tool.

SalesOS helps me on a day to day source contact info of decision makers and is a constant resource for identifying an organizations tech stack.

ZoomInfo makes it fast & easy to find opportunities in your ICP & gather relevant contact information.

I have no complaints - Zoominfo has served me well.

Other platforms don't offer teh same consistent quality of email addresses and direct phone numbers.

the extensive information you can find on the site. I work in sales I used this all the time as an SDR/BDR, when you only have one contact from a company, it is very helpful to be able to find multiple other contact for a company.

some people listed may be out of date, and alot of numbers are disconnected

What do you like best about the product?
The most accurate information I have found, fantastic organization of the information, the sales insights are one of my favorite things to review. The exporting into Hubspot is seamless. They've recently added additional signals to indicate contacts that respond and the preferred method of communication which is so helpful.

Sometimes the information is outdated and some contacts are not available.

Locate decision-makers for my territory and accounts. Finding changes in companies and positions.
SaleOS Review (USE THE CHROME EXTENSION)
What do you like best about the product?
The reachout chrome extension is by far my favorite feature of ZoomInfo. The ability to seamlessly be browsing a prospect's website and pull up all the relevant company info along with verified direct numbers and email's is a tremendous tool for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used many competitors to ZoomInfo and they are far inferior. The best B2B database out there for anyone is sales

Working in the healtchare industry, it can often be difficult to determine exactly who the buyer is within a medical group. SalesOS showing things like org charts, company structure, and job tiltes with verified info is a game changer for finding the right decision maker
