I wish there was function ability; meaning having the ability to download information (contacts)
What do you like best about the product?
The atomization of sending emails and having the ability to track them. That is a huge help to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to download information (i.e. contacts).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have the capability to send to our ownership how many calls are being made and how many e-mails are being delivered.

What do you like best about the product?
The different filtering possibilities in list building, especially the technology one, can make a real difference. Through Zoominfo, it is possible to have more information about your prospect, filtering it more profitably and ensuring more assertiveness in prospecting.
In addition, being able to associate the right companies according to their ICP and also having information such as those presented in the scoop and org chart speeds up the process. It gives more possibilities to put sales engagement into practice.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the platform were available in other languages. For me, who speak Portuguese as a native language, its use can be a bit challenging. But that doesn't stop the excellent service of ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
The phone numbers and contact details of South Africa were easily available
What do you dislike about the product?
In mIddle east region the numbers are a lil bit difficult to find

Since I work as a BDR i need to cold mail and call prospect so I need email id to do so and Zoominfo helps me in getting contact details easily

I use ZoomInfo to get business emails and phone numbers. My email response rate has increased, and my bounce rate has decreased
A very powerful, evolving tool
What do you like best about the product?
So many different ways to pull data... whether I'm enhancing a list or searching for contacts at a company, ZoomInfo does it.There seems to be constant improvement in the tool.

There seems to be a lag at times where I could be double charged for my exports. I continue to see updates, fixes, and new features since I started using this just under a year ago - I'm impressed.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has an extensive database, a lot of different functions but a friendly interface where you can easy navigate. In case you do not know how to use the platform, there is a resource center where you can find a large number of videos explaining every feature of it, as well as an assigned account executive for the company. Another aspect I really appreciate admin portal; there, I can monitor all the corporate accounts and the usage of the credits with daily, monthly or annual reports, allowing me to take care of my credits.
Last but not least, the customer support has a quick response. I had a problem logging in to one of my accounts, and a Customer Solutions Analyst contacted me and fixed the problem within an hour!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced issues with the Suppression function when exporting a list to a CSV. Even though I use suppression lists, I can find undesirable contacts or companies in the final doc, but still good enough to remove most of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The list-building process is faster with ZoomInfo compared with other platforms. Also, thanks to the friendly interface, it is easier to target the exact Ideal Costumer Profile that I am looking for.

The ease in which we can use zoominfo along with other tools in our sales systems

In order to get a companies primary industry you must export it to .csv file

Gaining important contact information and other company insights that allow our reps to correctly target accounts and primary contacts in a business
Very huge data sets of organizations and prospects
What do you like best about the product?
It has the direct number and mobile number of prospects that helps salespeople reach out to prospects efficiently, and also the scoops help find the right organizations to reach for our products and services. News sections also give quite a lot about organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
30% of the time, prospects have already left the organizations, and the prospects' contact details are not accurate. On Linkedin, the prospect is a stranger than what we are looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting the contact details of prospects that help me reach out to them effectively by email and over the phone. Business performance has increased drastically, which helps me achieve my quota.
