Great Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great things about ZoomInfo. I can't do my day to day in my sales job without logging in and using it. I can check if a contact is within an organization and grab their contact info. I can identify groups of people by their titles. We can see what organizations visited our website. I can set up emails for my competition. There is not just one thing. The list goes on and on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could spend all day searching. It's not necessarily a downside but there are so many different things I can check out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing my contact and lead base at the tip of my fingers with everything built into one platform. I don't have to do my own research. It's a simple search and set up.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy lead generation, useful filters & tags.
- Many different kinds of sales tools.
- Great support/training sessions.
- Excellent prospect indicators i.e. intent.
- Easy to understand i.e. implementation.
- Integrates well with other platforms i.e. Salesloft.
- Useful Google Chrome extension.

This is the best, most well-rounded sales tool I've used in my 3+ years in sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. ZoomInfo is exceptional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo makes finding new leads very easy, and helps me warm-up my cold outreach. I'm also able to easily find accurate ways to reach out to the prospect through ZoomInfo.

Sometimes the data is 100% accurate but I don't think any platform in the same capacity could be

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use through the chrome extension and the ability to create lists/export them into CSV's to get very specific prospecting results
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes has mismatched contact information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps me prospect efficiently. Without it I would have no way of finding relevant emails or phone numbers for my prospects

What do you like best about the product?
Contact Information is abundant & easily accessible. Contact data is typically very accurate & reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ease of integration. Perhaps my company does not have the full license or every feature. Adding more contacts to our CRM at a time would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful information that I received from zoom info is up-to-date and more accurate than most platforms of information for sales representatives
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like about zoom info is the lag of information that is updated. Thus you still get accurate information but it may not be up-to-date as quickly if you are not confident
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info helps identify new businesses in the market as well as contact information

the log in sometimes takes a while and the information can be a little old

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to prospect new accounts while filtering out accounts that are already in my salesforce. This makes the process super smooth and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints. Sometimes the information is in correct. Maybe an integration with Linkedin will help keep updated titles and emails

What do you like best about the product?
I don't want to spend all of my time researching contact information. As a BDR, I need to use my time actually curating specific contact lists and ZoomInfo helps me to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see occasionally is that some updates are missing, but they are added pretty quickly after I make a request for a contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love ZoomInfo for intent data. I've gotten a lot of meetings from it this past year. My team is now using the chat feature for our company and I'm booking at least 1-2 inbound meetings from chat alone.
