What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of finding and recording what you have found.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it does not sort them by date entered. You can find a really old contact and then two pages in you find one that was just put in there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get contact information for just about any company that we are wanting to do business with
Broad range of features, but takes time to maximize value
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a broad depth of features and tools that you can use that sets it apart from a lot of other B2B contact database platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of how broad the platform is, it takes a while to fully understand all the various features and how they can be used best. The way credits, views, and bulk credits are used and renew is confusing and causes ongoing problems for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to launch highly targeted customer campaigns with very specific focus on contact levels, industries, target titles, and other metrics that allows us to be more effective.
Critical Part of Any Go-To-Market Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data is the best you can find on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per credit model can be expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an account-based go-to-market strategy that requires us to have comprehensive data on our entire total addressable market. ZoomInfo allows us to have that data in our CRM as our system of record for all GTM functions.
I can understand what companies are researching to take a proactive approach in my prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I find Zoom Info Buyer Intent to be the most helpful feature in my prospecting efforts. It gives me a clear direction into who I should target and why. Anything that tells me who might be an interested buyer I am all for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if ZoomInfo had a direct integration with Outreach and those tasks automatically updated into Salesforce. Thus, creating a smooth workflow, and I don't have to bounce between multiple apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo provides a more targeted approach in my prospecting. It helps me understand what prospects to prioritize because they are searching for relevant topics.
Easy-to-use solution for finding contacts and company information
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the solution is easy-to-use and provides extensive contact and company information. I also like that it is easy to integration to other solutions in our Martech stack, like Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike is the quality of the company data, especially around revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using ZoomInfo for several things - enriching new contacts we add to our Hubspot database, cleansing existing contact data in Hubspot, and providing access to contact and company data for our sales team.
It is a fantasic research tool for Sales, Marketing and Business Development

Great for lead generation and researching clients and vendors

The learning curve is a bit steep and the pricing is quite high. The contacts are not always accurate.

Lead generation. Saves lots of time and no need to purchase lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of the database - I'm a big fan of ABM & personalized marketing. This can only be achieved if you know your audience. Zoominfo is a key resource to identifying and understanding my targets

I wish it were more explicit regarding site locations - mfg, vs retail store, etc.

I am seeing about 40% of contact info. also if there was a way to get info of people who are not on LinkedIN

One of the new added bonuses is the addition of personal email and personal phone #'s!

Haven't found anything as of yet that I dislike.

Again, the addition of personal emails is a great find. Some companies have gotten really well at blocking incoming emails, so having the expansion of personal emails is a game changer.
