What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful has been intent and searchin for contacts information that I can use to prospect easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I can honeslty say there is not a dislike at this moment. Everything has been perfect.

The ease of finding the right information, this has allowed me to double my sales.
It is hands down the best way to connect with the correct decision maker

Having access to a decison makers cell phone has been a huge help

I wish they did updates more frequently. and i wish they checked the LinkedIn icon. Many times it is the wrong linked account in the wrong state

I am cutting through all the red tape qwith gatekeepers and being able to call/text who i really need

- Sometimes the emails may not be accurate

- providing valuable information for my outreach. I dont waste tons of time manually looking for people's contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS is a sales rep's productivity dream come true -- it integrates with everything you need it to integrate with: CRM, sales engagement platform, even LinkedIn and direct into prospects' websites. No more spending time mapping out accounts or figuring out who the decision-makers are. Everything's at your finger tips and you don't even have to have a separate tab open. 10/10

During busy periods like at the end of the month, the chrome extension can sometimes be slow.

I'm able to research technologies used by companies that I'm looking to connect with, which puts me in a better position on approach.

Discrepency on contact numbers while searching on LinkedIn Sales Nav vs regular LinkedIn. Have to go to regular Linkedin to get all info

How many contacts there are, how quickly contacts get updated.

Credits can run out fast. Would love a more sustainable solution for credits.

What do you dislike about the product?
The feature set is wide that I feel like there are lots of "hidden" menus and functions. The UI could be better.
Needs to integrate to more marketing automation platforms and data cloud providers as well.

Lead sourcing across multiple markets --> what used to be multiple vendors in different countries now all comes from ZoomInfo.
