What do you like best about the product?
We use discover.org/zoom info for account-based marketing. It is a wonderful tool for understanding who does what in an organization - so you can reach out to the right people / team - and not waste a lot of time cold calling the wrong folks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to save a search without having it auto-run. I'd like to save it for the next time I'm logged in and need to run a report, but I don't necessarily want it to run each week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ZoomInfo to create cold call / cold email lists of potential prospects. We find that ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg has the lowest bounce rates and gives us the highest chance of getting through to a real person.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo bundles complete, timely insights for campaign intelligence. The breadth of data about companies and contacts leaves you wondering 'how did they get this?!?'. Strong methodology and research teams! Some of the features we use regularly"

What do you dislike about the product?
The 'service after the sale' is great - ongoing supports. But we grow tired of the 'sales after the sale' - the DocuSign from our original agreement had barely arrived in our inbox when other sales teams at ZoomInfo began contacting us about their products and services. Maybe focus more on helping new clients get to their ROI on ZoomInfo before upselling.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo seems to have the best amount of data compared to the other enrichment tools we have tried.
Exporting to SFDC and the account/contact matching also seems to be smoother than other tools.

The credit limit in Zoominfo is the main blocker with Zoominfo.

Comprehensive and Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the most comprehensive and accessible database for B2B marketing I have ever used. I am especially fond of it's Enhance feature, which lets me fill in missing information in my contact lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only thing I dislike is that I am unable to download even more contacts. It limits you to 1000 a month on my plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am only now, after their training course, beginning to use ZoomInfo for web forms. It's very handy.

Relatively accurate info for C level contacts at broad range of companies

Intent data is not worth the cost. Too dated, not very accurate, really disappointed in it

Great sales tool that helps you keep on top of your workload
What do you like best about the product?
The rate at which you can send out emails all simultaneously to multiple contacts at one given time using sales flows. At the same time, you can also track various metrics that help you address what is working and why a template may not be working. In conjunction with this, ZoomInfo university always helps me know where I can improve or even what I am doing right at this moment in time, which makes the whole process even more manageable after you know the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took some time to understand the capabilities you have using this tool entirely. In conjunction with this, theres ceratin pages where I wish I could see more metrics reagrding email engagement such as on analytics instaed of templates, as a whole it's not that big of a probelm though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the distribution of emails I can send to a wide array of users in all different sectors at one time, which ZoomInfo ties very nicely into. The ability to efficiently break down who I am emailing and who needs to be contacted next; alternatively, you can get ahead of time and let ZoomInfo Engage do it for you if you have a detailed enough plan of action.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The training is a beneficial element that helped me get to grips with the system instaed of working it out yourself, saving myself time. I would also ensure that you and your team all work togther as whoel so you all know wheere yiu are at with contacting organisations as someyimes you may have differnet contacts for the same company.
I would defintelly utilise ZoomInfo University as it has a great breakdown of how to use the system to it's potential whilst also knowing the basics of email and calling prospects.

ZoomInfo is a powerhouse of data
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides the contact details of relevant people in the organization, and it also provides details like possible technologies implemented with the organization, the org structure, business background, and more. Above all, the data is intent-based, making it a lot more relevant than buying expensive lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most data-based out of the United States and doesn't seem to have much data from other parts of the world, especially Asia. The data also can be old, where people might have the contact information but not the exact title anymore. It is essential to cross-check data extracted from ZoomInfo before initiating reach-out campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping us find relevant people within our target persona for sales and marketing outreach campaigns. It is a powerful tool if used correctly combined with other automation tools like Hubspot.

The User Interface - I am sure they can do better. Lusha has a very simple interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Emails are almost always updated. Phone numbers are updated quickly and usually accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would show the prospects' previous work experience and contact info for their last job.

I am getting new information on prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the various ways to find contacts and accounts, and I'm constantly updated on changes/additions. I use this feature a lot and it's been pretty crucial for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is big - it can do a lot, and they have been adding on a lot of new acquisitions. I'm probably only using 10% of it, and I would need to dedicate a lot more time to dig into everything it can do. It can be a beast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest use of ZoomInfo is identifying new companies to target based on specific criteria I have provided to the platform - basically finding companies in my ICP to target.
