Zoominfo Is A Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use and its agnostic ability to pull from different websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search option was at the top for names/emails not the side bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my inability to find lead info anywhere esle.
A go to when deep diving

Having access to specific contact info and the quick view feature.

Not being able to break down the locations when searching through larger companies.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows me to have access to contact that I would normally have to go digging through. Everything and more is available at my finger tips from decision makers, industry/ company insiders on initiatives, and relatable topics making you more knowledgeable in your targets indsutry/ business. Great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side I can think of, is not knowing how often the informaiton is given to us is fact checked. For examply, I did call on a company this week and was told, the contact I was trying to get a hold of hasn't been there for about a decade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving, is by providing me with more leads, and contact info at my finger tips. More leads equals more business and the benefits everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides incredibly accurate contact information for leads. As an SDR, Zoominfo is an absolute lifesaver and they are constantly improving to deliver tools & insights that land me more meetings!

Sometimes my chrome extension does not work.

It solves the burden of guessing emails and navigating switchboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info has provided me with the opportunity to search out and get the appropriate contacts needed to make my sales call. Accutate e-mails and phone numbers. It helps me to be more efficient in my job.

Sorting of businesses in some of the searches is cumbersome.

The best lead generation and prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has expanded our prospect pool significantly and made the process of finding the right people and companies much easier. The information we receive through WebSights and Intent is so valuable. We are equally impressed by the exceptional customer service we've received. Our dedicated representative, Randi, is responsive and goes above and beyond to address our queries and concerns. Randi not only provides timely solutions but also guides us towards valuable training resources that allowes us to optimize our usage. This level of support has been instrumental in helping us achieve success with ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Engage. I wish it was a easier to work with Salesforce for the sake of our sales reps that are not as technologically inclined as I feel it requires. It's been tough for our team to get started, but seems like a very worthwhile tool once up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us the time it takes to find and research new prospects. It pulls all kinds of company data and makes it easily accessible and searchable freeing up time for getting in more calls.

Why are you/your team living without ZoomInfo.?
What do you like best about the product?
The Google Chrome extension makes it quick and easy (one push of the orange button) to pull up a prospect's email address and multiple phone numbers, snapshot of the organization (high-level), annual revenue, HQ location, etc. Their data is 97% accurate, which is leaps and bounds beyond two competitors that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that sometimes a 'bad number' routes you to the person's spouse, though often times you can pass a message on to them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves me being able to locate phone numbers and work emails for prospects, as well as a quick, high-level snapshot of the company's background.
Review of SalesOS
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to multi thread within accounts using multiple contacts' information. This also allows for efficiency within the SalesOS platform/side of Zoominfo itself - allowing for quicker times on prospecting, outreach, and lead gen.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have found so far in my experience using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to reduce the time to intent data management but also closing the gap between data management and efficiency.
