Helpful for prospecting purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Provides multiple resources (LinkedIn, email, etc.)

Sometimes there are lags when it comes to pulling the information.

ZoomInfo is Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find a contact's information at the click of a button. East copy and paste, LinkedIn links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how buggy the extension can be, as well as the confusion around the ZoomInfo merger. Sometimes when you click the extension about a company, it will show, "25-50 employees" but then when you actually go to their company page they could have less than 5.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving having to find customers and prospect's direct lines. The largest benefit is finding cell phone numbers as well.
Very powerful tool. Sales focused.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is my favorite past, but the web-based approach of Zooninfo is very intuitive and configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult to find information such as divisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better understanding of our new prospects, deeper contacts with existing clients, and enrichment of our CRM/contact data. The integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a big win!
Direct dials and mobile numbers helps me reach prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is mobile number and direct dials for the prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the contact score. It should just be at 90 or above for most accurate data.

Getting meetings with prospects to generate sales pipeline.
A Feature Rich Collaborative Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is streamlined and makes sense from one step to the next. It has a very nice visual catalog of marketing statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing leads could be better. It isn't easy to make several different contacts constrain to one lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem is the difficulty organizing and deleting contacts
Info find is the most accurate than other platforms I've used in the past. Is user friendly.

How easy it is to use. Once you get ahold of the features is easy to take advantage of the platform.

Sometimes it freezes and takes too long to load.

Getting better contact info of decision-maker, which makes more probability to close deals

With ZoomInfo, I can find prospects´ information most effectively!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data are not up to date; when I try looking for recent contact phone numbers, sometimes the information has not been updated or when a prospects changes company, it takes a while for the data to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find prospects´ direct phone numbers and emails when they are unavailable in Apollo, and I can also find leads that fit my company´s ICP.
Makes data enrichment a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses Zoominfo as the source of truth for data in our CRM. I am able to enrich the data we have at the contact and account level to ensure it is accurate and up to date. I also use Zoominfo to add new leads into our CRM to help sales teams with their prospecting efforts.

I wish there were more Salesforce integration filters available.

Data enrichment, new lead acquisition, source of truth for CRM data.
Excellent sales enablement tool that immediately boosts productivity and efficiency.

ZoomInfo Engage drastically enhanced the productivity and efficiency of our salespeople. Admins can create templates and step-by-step salesflows to get their salespeople up and running faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been several bugs that have persisted throughout our time using the platform. However, none of the bugs prevented us from working our pipeline more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our salespeople were spending way too much time researching versus actually making sales calls. Engage enables us to contact more qualified prospects in a shorter amount of time.
