The user interface is easy to navigate and allows you to unlock key information with a click of a button.

Sometimes, there is too much information at your fingertips that it can become overwhelming.

We are able to connect with the right people within the accounts we are targeting.
Zoominfo Engage - Automate your sales processes!
What do you like best about the product?
Paired with Zoominfo, the amount of data at my fingertips is almost overhwhelming. I can find who all the key players and decision makers are, where they are located, their office and cell numbers as well as email addresses at any given company with a quick search. After narrowing my search, I can then export my findings into Engage so that I can automate the email marketing process for our company. The customer service is fantastic as well. Engage saves an enormous amout of time and also gives us the ability to schedule subsequent follow up messages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the easiest product to navigate right away and getting individual one on one training isn't really an option. They do offer group training, which is great, but it's not the same as one on one instruction. The price for this product (along with Zoominfo) is not super cheap, but the amount of credible data is amazing and the tool paid for itself with 1 sale we received within 30 days after starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paired with data from Zoominfo, Engage helps us to take that data and automate the process of email marketing. It also allowed us to set up individual sales flows for our sales reps to set up tasks, follow up with calls, etc. Made the process much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely would recommend Zoominfo and Zoominfo Engage for those looking to generate leads on a daily basis and have Engage automate the entire process for you.
Overall, I have had a great experience with Zoominfo.

I like that easy to use and that new contacts are constantly being added to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information that I get for LATAM is incorrect. For example, the contact is listed as a Vice President of IT, and when clicking on their LinkedIn profile, he is just an analyst or a non-manager executive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining new accounts and leads for our campaigns is easy.
Dramatically improves prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and filters to find new prospects' accounts and immediately export them into Salesforce saves our sales reps and SDR's hours of manual prospecting work.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only export 25 records at a time; when trying to do a large outreach, it can sometimes be time-consuming to add new contacts if you have a lot of people
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With zoominfo we can find hundreds of new contacts easily and accounts for our sales reps to prospect.
Great tool, great support, strong integrations with our CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's got everybody! The breadth of contacts and especially alternative contact details is key to our growth team's success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice to be able to customize the integrations a little more (adding internal fields, etc)

After COVID, we needed better digital marketing tools for our team to reach out where the cold calls used to work.
Combines many aspects of other technologies and has more up to date information

ease of use ... very easy to understand .. correctness of info is solid and sync to Linkedin profile helps a ton

Building prospecting and contact lists ... would take longer in other tools
Best tool for Lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
It searches the right contact using its own filters and also with LinkedIn and company website, the database is updated and easy to export
What do you dislike about the product?
This should also export supplementary email addresses and phone numbers are limited available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes the Lead Generation process very easy with just exporting the contacts connected to any CRM like Hubspot, salesforce with all information by just a clink
Amazing Tool For Sales & Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The Best part of Zoominfo is it helps you look into Competitors, What technology they are using, Business Intelligence, Scoops , Changes being made in company. and more which helps you personalize your conversation and improve the way you are reaching out to prospects especially the C- Suite
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is quite old regarding some companies, and certain companies are not available on the platform. But I believe there must be some work going on to make that happen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in creating list of prospects for bulk emails which my experience says saves Tons of time for SDR team. Get to know what technologies the company are using are they using today which is quite on target. Helps me understand the It budhetbefore targeting a company. By organization chart it helps me target the right folks rather than just reaching out entry level employees.

If CarpeDiem is the word you want to with Selling your Product or Services then Zoominfo is the way to go about it !
